We happened to stop by here by chance on our way back home from a spa break and I'm glad we did! 😄 there was pumpkin picking going on so of course I had to pick 2 up 🎃 then we went to the cafe where I had a tasty pumpkin spice hot chocolate and a chocolate tart 😋 would recommend

For a wee farm shop the food here is next level.
The menu has many different selections form a cake rona full meal and chips
We opted for a full meal. 1 burger and 1 chicken strips. Wow they were good.
I’m not sure this place is open all year round or it reduces hours in the winter. Best to check before going

We were recommended Broadslap by someone in Auchterarder, where we visit for several days a month. We visited today, we were the only ones in it but my goodness what a welcome, the food was excellent. I’m coeliac do my GF lunch was lovely and hubby’s artesan bread was described as the best he’d ever tasted. I purchased some GF Victoria sponge for later which was the best ever. Thank you so much and we’ll definitely be back and recommending to others.

It was a tough decision whether to live off strawberries or have lunch while visiting and then go strawberry picking after.

We fortunately did choose to have lunch and the meals were excellent. The rad cabbage slaw that came with the cheeseburger was delicious, the chips that came with the meal were outstanding. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I can easily say these are the best chips I have ever had. The cheeseburger itself was excellent value for money as well. The meat patty was thick and juicy.

My friend said the soup was OK, the rather peculiar flavour of leek and mushroom, his only complaint is that it was too salty.

The staff were quick to attend to our every need and also looked after our dog bringing him water whilst we were dining. Euan the manager, was friendly and let me know all about the farm, the strawberries and the business.

I was shocked to find out that the only reason they don't open Mondays and Tuesdays was due staffing issues.

The Play barn for the children was £6 an hour per child. As I was with 4 children, this sadly put it out of my price range and would have taken my final bill to over £100.

The strawberry picking however was fairer value for money with the kids walking away with 2 x huge baskets for £12.50. I believe it was £6 a kilo charge.

The shop in the farm had plenty of things to purchase for kids and adults.

I will be back and hopefully this summer!

I've been to this little place about 20 times now in the last year. It's in a beautiful, quiet location, staff are friendly, meals are simple but delicious and cheap! Wee gift shop as well. Love this place! Cannot fault it.

Nice selection of cakes, juice, teas and coffee.
Plenty of fruit to pick but be quick with the strawberries as they are quick to go.

Great wee day out for the kids (and adults).plenty of lovely fresh fruit to pick, and eat-taste lovely. Cafe was clean, with nice food at a good price- staff very friendly too.

Only hiccup was the toulet doors don't seem to lock properly, so double check if you're using them.

All in all, though, a lovely experience

First time I have been here. The owner actually stopped and chatted to us as we took pics of the beautiful countryside surrounding this farm. Very pleasant man and really chatty. The farmshop was excellent. Both of us had a meal and it was superb, really tasty and good helpings too. Went to pick rasps there too which I haven't done in 40 years! Lovely berries and very good value too. Recommend this place and will definitely go back there.

Great place. We took our grandchildren for lunch, which was equally good for kids and adults, and soft play. Staff were brilliant.

Stopped here for a wee bit of lunch and OMG, what a great surprise. The food was delicious, i had the mushroom and leek soup, never tasted such good soup in a long time. Hubby had the pork and chorizo burger and said the same. Cakes are huge, what a great wee find. Totally recommended....

We had a great day. A lovely drive to Broadslap and when we got there the atmosphere was very friendly, staff really helpful. Very Covid minded. The food was beyond great. Fantastic choice of fresh home made food and home made baked foods. The view from the restaurateur absolutely amazing made you want to sit and relax and drink it all in. Highly recommend this place. Also they cater for all diet restrictions.

Went into the shop to actually get some directions for a house across the railway track. And was informed to go the right way. Very helpful members of staff and friendly and polite. Will go back when I need some fruits and other items to stock up the pantry..

Haven't tried the cafe except for coffee but had plenty of delicious fruit picking trips this summer with the kids and the play barn was perfect to keep them occupied longer. Great time had by all.
