Cafe Luna

Lovely little cafe for lunch, found by chance but will definitely be going back, the food was delicious, beautifully presented and very tasty and good portion size.
Very friendly staff and great cosy atmosphere, highly recommend this place ⭐

Was in here yesterday morning. Was lovely to get into the warm after a walk around Ivel Springs.
The service is very good, whilst the food is exceptional.

Superb environment. loved the record covers wallpaper in the loo they had. sad its gone! great service most of the time, lovely lovely food. great quality! ideal setting and without outdoor seating too. My fav go-to coffee n food venue locally.

Lovely coffee shop. Great selection of food especially cakes. Thid tastefully styled homely coffee shop on Baldocks main street. Staff are just the icing on the cake felt so welcome on our first visit by owner(Think!) and staff 5/5 will be back when in the area

This is the hidden gem of Baldock! If you are in or around this area I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m upset that I don’t live closer!
The staff were really friendly and both the food and the coffee were amazing. This isn’t a quick cafe dash and dine kind of place. The food made here is with love and the coffee is some good barista work.
If your planning to go around lunchtime with some friends make sure you book ahead as the secrets out about this place and it gets really busy and it’s hard to get seats but if your lucky it’s a really cosy atmosphere to be in with comfy seats and great decor!

Small but comfortable cafe with friendly staff and good gluten-free free options. Gets quiet busy at lunchtime perhaps because the toasties look amazing!

The best cafe around by far!
Whenever I have friends or family over this is my top choice of breakfast/lunch/coffee stop and I’ve been to all cafes in Baldock. The food is amazing, fresh, well presented and with top quality ingredients. I was a bit thrown when I moved here and found that something like this was in Baldock, expected to travel to the likes of hitchin or St Albans for it. It’s a cosy cafe with comfortable chairs and nice atmosphere.
The cakes are handmade and they have a good selection instead of bought from Tesco which I’ve found from another cafe in Baldock..
I just really like the effort put into the food and the menu. My sister is vegan and gluten free and she can never find anywhere to eat but I love taking her here and I get all the options I like too.
There’s one female staff that I find a bit short /less friendly but honestly I love the cafe so much it isn’t a big deal and the male owner (I think?) is so lovely.
Just a really nice place to eat or relax but it can get busy on the weekends obviously!

The family and I popped in for brunch recently - fabulous! Super welcoming, great coffee and excellent food. The eggs benny was totally yummy!

The place has excellent service and great food. Each melt comes with a luna salad for free. The milkshakes are excellent and so is the ice cream. I come here regularly as it is a good experience.

We dropped into Cafe luna for a mid point on a bike ride. We had booked some space in the rear room for a Bday get together. The staff were lovely, let us keep all of our bikes out back and despite being busy were very accommodating. And the breakfast and baked goodies were great, especially the bakewell tart and the chocolate fudge brownies👍. Oh yea, the music choice, decor and vibes were great too!

Café Luna has a lovely atmosphere and is clearly a favourite amongst the town. It is well decorated and pretty with a lovely atmosphere. The staff here are lovely – really friendly and happy. Most importantly, the food is great and well worth the price.

Dog friendly cafe.Seating inside and outside. Great coffee. alcohol is available. Good food selection. Love the breakfasts and toasted sandwiches. Mr whippy ice cream available. Not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs inside. Staff very friendly. Toilets available. One of my favourite cafes.

Had avó on sourdough. Yum! Coffee is good. Limited space inside so luck of the draw.

Absolutely fantastic. Great quality, well presented food, promptly served. I would recommend the smashed avocado on toast and the ham and cheese toastie that comes with a lovely side salad...

Today I had the fish finger bagel- it was delicious! Little side of couscous and hummus and pickles on top made the dish. Great value too!

Stopped in for breakfast while in town. Avocado on sourdough with poached eggs and a side of bacon was amazing, with a fruit smoothie to wash it down. Great little place with super friendly staff, highly recommended!
