A local recommended Pixel to us as it was our first visit to Maryport. The owner kindly guided us in over the phone. I then rang hey to explain the mystery of the car parking! The cafe was worth the effort, quirky, clean and comfortable. Excellent rocky road and non lactose milk choices. Highly recommend

Theres a reason for the 5 star rating!!! I'm a manchester/London dweller, and I get withdrawal symptoms if I'm not able to visit this place when around Maryport. The coffee is wonderful but the Bakewell slice is not only the best I've ever tasted but its really generous portions and very reasonbly priced. And then there's the decor, magazines to read, and the jazz music, all of which enhances the experience. An absolute must if you're in the area!!!

Outstanding venue, completely reimagined by new owners; serving great coffee, homemade cookies, and a selection of local artworks and graphic designs.

They are 'keeping it simple' to start, with the promise of more to come, as a local it's my new regular spot, and if you're visiting, I highly recommend you stop by!

I was here recently with my partner and then my little boy (hence random photos) we had cappuccinos, cortados, oat milk baby-chinos, hot chocolate and cookies!

There's something to read and look at for the grown ups and the kids alike... indoor, outdoor and upstairs seating...and even though it's on a busy street corner (great for people watching!) You will quickly find yourself relaxing in to the great atmosphere that has been created.

Lovely surprise to find this place in Maryport
for coffee and cake. Quirky and relaxed place you could easily idle a whole morning/afternoon in without realising.

Yay, finally found a local coffee shop that knows how to make a good coffee. They only serve drinks and cakes but my flat white and almond slice were fab. I’ll be back!

Fab coffee, cappuccino extra hot as I like it, gorgeous cakes and cookies. The cafe has fab decor, really stylish. Was really lucky today to sit outside. Love this place.

A small but perfectly devised coffee shop with a warm and friendly atmosphere, excellent coffee and a superb choice of sweet treats. This suits me just fine.

What a find. Couldn’t get in at one of the other cafés (45min wait for a drink?!) so wandered up the High Street and found Studio Pixel. What a stroke of luck that was!
Simply outstanding; terrific coffee, fab ambiance and music, great local artworks on display.
Cumbria does have some truly awesome cafés, and this is definitely one of them 👏👏 .

I arrived today and was looking to eat a sandwich and cake. Unfortunately, they didn't have sandwiches, but the cake was very delicious and the service was nice 😀

Maria + Gareth are fantastic, inviting and have a good chat. Gorgeous coffee, lovely selection of teas too + more ideas to come so I'm told!
The decor is unique and homely with lovely furniture and paintings... Including an incredible mural outside (see pic)

Can highly recommend this awesome coffee shop with it's interesting quirky decor (including beach treasures!), delicious coffee and home-baked cookies and cakes! Really friendly staff, we will definitely be returning when we're next in the area!

It serves the best coffee I've ever had and the homemade cookies are the best ever!

What an amazing little coffee shop. Wouldn't be out of place in high end London. Will definitely make it one of my regular stops after my promenade walk.

Lovely cafe with a great atmosphere and great drinks and cakes. Has some lovely features and you can tell someone has put alot of thought into the decor. Lovely gem and if you are in Maryport we'll worth a visit!
