For a typical town centre cafe this place was great, friendly staff and nice hot food. Not a 5* dining experience, but it's exactly what you want or need from a local cafe.

A love this place the staff and the food is brilliant even my little one gets so happy when we go in as the staff even talk to her and ita grate price as well

Staff are lovely always helpful. The food is great my granddaughter has had macaroni in countless cafes one spoonful then it gets left but in Baxter's she clears the plate so folks try it

Spotless and faultless.
What a shame it has to close again due to lockdown. It's hygienic approach to the covid virus is second to none, and I feel very safe within it's confines at all times. The proprietors should be recognised for their supreme efforts in making their premises as safe as can possibly be.
