A fantastic local shop with superb bread and deli counter. Really friendly staff and top quality products. Well worth paying a little bit more for 5 star goods and service.

I rarely give 5 stars because they are often given out with good heart but without thoughts. This time I think it's justified because the store is very well stocked for a 'village' shop. They don't even call themselves a mini market. From daily essentials like milk and bread to cooking ingredients, they have almost all you need to live. For the more exotic or niche products I'll go online anyway, so if I lived in the village I'll definitely frequent it more.

The added bonus is the staff are friendly and helpful. Service is swift and often with a smile. And you can drop off your lockdown online purchases that you're returning due to buyer's remorse!

Fantastic general stores with great range of stock, including a really good deli counter and gourmet frozen meals. Cheerful, friendly and helpful staff. Village shops don't come any better than this!!

Outstanding and exemplary village store that has gone the extra mile during lockdown to ensure that local people (many of whom can't get out) are kept supplied. A truly awesome response.

An excellent village shop with lots of tempting locally produced goodies and friendly staff.

There are public toilets in the High Street which has lots of cars parked but there is parking on the old road at the end of the village.
