I attended a sourdough course here, just above the bakery. What an amazing and useful interactive day! Great guys tutoring the course - and, having been in other cookery courses before, far superior in their attention when compared to any other course I’ve ever experienced. And the food at their café next door, at lunchtime, was awesome.

Absolutely fantastic bread and baked goods at this little gem! The sourdough is my absolute favourite. The croissants are to die for. If you get there early, grab a donut and you will not be sad you did. Also, I’m not a big fan of sausage rolls but the ones they make here are the best I’ve ever had.
Best bakery in Leek. By far.

Did a big weekend order and all arranged easily with Matt. Everything from the loaves to pastries and focaccia were amazing. I could quite happily have hung out in the shop all morning just for the wonderful smells. Only sad I live too far away to be a regular.

The bread from here is amazing :) not too heavy, not too light, just right...and it really tastes homemade, something I've never experienced before from bought bread....I couldn't recommend it higher, and it was organic! Really really worth going just for your loaf!!
And the people are so friendly too :)

Great experience at their sourdough baking course, very informative and interesting. Would recommend to anyone but especially those wanting to bake their own sourdough. From having very little knowledge I now feel confident to bake at home.
Also the bakery has so many good offerings in general, definitely one to call in on when you’re passing

Spent a day participating in the Sourdough baking class with Garry and Matt. Great fun and informative, they broke down the process, so you can work out if you're going wrong at any point and how to try and pull it back (and when not to), complimented with great coffee's, lunch, and plenty of freshly baked loaves to take home. Highly recommend the bakery/café and the course!

Almost didn't write this review because sometimes I'm late ordering my sourdough loaves and they sell out leaving me disappointed and a positive review can only compound these occurances. I am though because it's all about spreading the loaf isn't it really. :) Friendly bunch and good communication. You can tell they enjoy what they do as it shows in their produce. Only use natural ingredients which is great. They sell to some of the eateries in Leek which is a bonus when you go out for a bite. They have also created a delivery service within a few miles of Leek becuase of the Corona situation. My wife goes to the shop next door for coffee which she says is tasty. Old school in a modern world. Yes please.

Got the most scrumptious sourdough loaf from here & we keep going back it's so good. They even have a machine that slices the loaf if that's preferable. And they have the loveliest staff too
