A very comfortable weekend in this city centre property with private parking as described. House conveniently located to shops , restaurants and places of interest to a family. Would definitely recommend this property, and would be very happy to stay there again.

Awesome experience staying at the house near Anfield stadium! Quiet neighborhood and many restaurants nearby. House was clean and everything was perfect. Host was very helpful and responded to all messages quickly. I will definitely be staying here again next time i travel abroad.

We recently used 53 degrees to rent a property in Liverpool and the experience couldn't have been better. Instructions on check in and check out couldn't have been more clear. 53 degrees were responsive and helpful throughout and the apartment itself was pristine and in a great location. Will be the first place we come to for our next trip!

What a stunning venue. As a family of four it was just amazing for us. It’s so peaceful and set in a beautiful part of the uk. We all appreciated the work the owner did and does. The accommodation was just perfect for us the beds were extremely comfortable and clean. It has a good mix of a bit of history and new fixtures with the building. The entertainment added an extra dimension for us to enjoy after a day out.

We would highly recommend Shepards Rest as a fantastic place to stay. We travel all over the uk within school holidays and would 100% book to stay here again.

The customer service was outstanding. Amazing communication, to the emails prior with accessing the property information to while we were there emails ensuring our stay was going well. One mine issue and they resolved it straight away. The beds were all comfy, the house was nice and spacious for our needs. It had all the amenities you could want. The washer and drier was a bonus with a young child! Only issue was a little chilly as the heating is locked to certain temp but it’s understandable. Would use this company again not just for this property but others too!

Place is very organised, and has a whole closet full of prepped things for the visit such as cleaning supplies or simple things like tea. You will basically not need to buy anything for your stay at all except for food. The whole place is very clean and comfortable and we have had an excellent visit here. Even the location is fantastic and has a great view. Even the decorations are very good and comforting. Would recommend and my family will definitely come again. My mother especially thanks you dearly and there have been no issues during the stay.

There was proactive communication and easy to speak to someone. As well as the response was immediate. The property was stunning and is such a little gem.

We had a lovely family break in Chester. As an experienced AirBnb user, I initially was slightly hesitant to book directly, however our experience with 53 Degrees Properties was flawless.
Apartment was just as advertised, immaculately clean with all basics provided. Communication throughout was very efficient.
We checked in on the Boxing Day and were struggling to open the key box, 53 Degrees Properties responded and helped us straightaway.

We stayed here with our 3 children for 2 nights to visit a friend. The location was great for us near to the canal for a walk and near shops and places to grab a coffee or eat. Easy parking right outside the property and next to a pay and display carpark.
The property was clean and had all we needed for a weekend stay. I did not get to use the coffee machine but pods were provided.
We had a lovely stay and would stay there again, we are considering also renting the second property so we can travel with another group to visit our friend.

Excellent property in a great location. We stayed for 2 nights visiting the Christmas markets. A family of 5 adults. The three bedrooms were ideal for us. Everything was available in the property. We had our dog with us and having an enclosed garden was great. There is also room for 2 cars to be parked at the property which was ideal for us as we had the two cars. The home was really clean. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay.

Really cosy home from home. Beds were extremely comfortable. Had all amenties anyone could need. Parking was a bonus. We hardly used the car as everything was within walking distance. Will definitely be visiting again!

Wonderful little gem in the most ideal location! This place is not only stylish with great decor but it is also clean and really functional. Kitchen is fully equipped, we cooked our Christmas dinner for family there, washing machine, cozy warm living room with tv with sky and Netflix, fast WiFi, oh and a great bathroom too 👍🏻 definitely above the rest and we would highly recommend!

We visited for 4 nights mid May; the location, check-in information and access details for the property was excellent.
Perfect location, 12 mins walk to rail station, 10 mins easy walk to Tesco, Iceland, city walks..
Facilities were spot-on! Great ‘fridge, hob, oven, dish-washer and washing machine.
Bed was very comfortable, warm, clean and ample size.
This is a must do!! 👍🥰
