Amazing veterinary practice. From the vets and nursing team to the reception staff, I can't praise them enough! When my cat Sacha was taken ill last week he was looked after so well. His vet Paula was so helpful and kind. From Sacha's initial treatment to, sadly, his euthanasia, the care and sensitivity shown by these lovely vets was astounding and so very special. I cannot remember in all my years ever seeing a vet cry. What a wonderful, warm human response. These ladies are truly amazing vets and people, I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to any pet owners out there!

I feel the need to share how INCREDIBLE our vet Paula (MRCVS) is!
I cannot thank her enough for how brilliant she has been with our beloved XL bully, Symba.
Unfortunately due to new regulations and law he’s had to make a couple of trips to the vet over the past couple of months.
When bringing symba in this morning you should have seen his face LIGHT UP when seeing Paula! Pure comfort, she has obviously made such a positive impact with him and on top of everything else it just melts my heart.

What a lovely practise with amazing staff all around!

All the staff, from the vets, the nurses to the girls on the reception desk are very helpful.
All staff are very patient and caring, which is what you want when your pet is concerned.
The nurse Rachel was very helpful with the microchip information.
One thing- You guys need to employ another vet. Busy vetinary surgery with one vet.
Keep the good work up girls

All staff were very helpful and took good care of our animals. Staff made every effort to help when I had trouble with my car so was late to collect the cats. Very understanding and made me feel better on a really rubbish day. Staff in the pet store were also very helpful

I have pros and cons about this place. First, it's a long time to wait, I felt ignored. The staff at the reception tried to convince me that, through a spoken message, she been told to me that I would have to wait. Totally untrue !! Let's be serious, these things are not necessary, we are mature people, it is not necessary to be lied to.
I went over this and gave 5 stars to the veterinarian who did her job brilliantly. She helped my pet to get better and this is important.

I had an appointment the following day (I don't have pet plan)

The Vet didn't rush the appointment as was very thorough

The receptionist was lovely and explained very clearly about the medication

The following day I had a call from the Vet/receptionists regarding the appointment as they wanted to ask a few more questions about my pet. They gave more me advise over the phone

We foster and rescue dogs and cats. This vets have taken very good care of all of them. We had the first Romanian dog to come over, the vet who was Romanian helped us with learning some phrases to say to our lovely German shepherd moshpit. Won't take our fosters or rescues to anyone else. They now help with our Ukrainian foster.

We should have written this a year ago however better late that never! The entire team of vets, vet nurses and reception are fantastic! The team cared for our very sick puppy for a week and their expertise was phenomenal. Special mention to Paula and Kirsty who are the most wonderful caring team members. We have our full faith in the vets decisions at this practise and the team go beyond the medicine to show true love and compassion for the animals and support for the owners. During every subsequent visit we are reminded of how much we love the vets here.

We needed an appointment for 3 days running at our cat Alfie hadn’t been well. We were accommodated, the staff looked after us as well as Alfie, unfortunately for us we had to say goodbye to him today, but the staff were amazing with both us and alfie.

I've just moved to the area and had rung several vets to try and get my dog seen but they all said they weren't taking on new clients. Here the receptionist was lovely, and spoke to the vet who said she could see me in an hour. This was a Sunday, and unlike other vets there wasn't a premium for it being a weekend. Very happy so far!

I was given an emergency appointment - the vet listened to me attentively explain my cats symptoms and after examining him she gave me a clear and considered opinion on the possible causes of his ill health. The vet allowed ample time to discuss options with me and showed genuine concern. This was followed up by a telephone call from her the following day to give me the results of blood tests and a clear plan for how to proceed. Again, this was unrushed and I was given plenty of time to ask questions. The service I have received has been exemplary.

I needed lungworm protection for my new puppy and I was given an appointment the next day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and reassuring to my puppy so that she wasn't nervous. Everything was explained clearly. Even though I was late for my appointment (I had to come from the Gower and the traffic through town was awful) the staff didn't make an issue of it; my puppy was still able to see the nurse and we didn't have to wait too long. Social distancing was observed throughout the visit. I came away satisfied with the treatment my puppy needed.

From being given appt for the 22nd Sept and following emailing photos of my pets sore skin to ask for something to help her discomfort until the appt, an appt, was given at the end of the day next day as her skin looked so sore. The vet herself was really nice.

I registered my kitten with Vets 4 Pets Swansea and the experience I've had ever since has been wonderful. The staff are welcoming, friendly and informative, and have handled the covid situation remarkably. Toast has never been kept waiting for her appointment, everything is always on time. My kitten had her full set of vaccinations here as well as microchip and most recently her spaying. I was extremely nervous about her being spayed but the staff were very reassuring and I'm really happy I chose to register my kitten here. All of the procedures have been excellent value for money and the service has been wonderful. I'd definitely recommend Vets 4 Pets Swansea.

The vet we saw was very understanding of my very nervous dog. Vaccinations can be very stressful for my girl, so I was very impressed with how the vet put her at ease.

I am very grateful to Vets4Pets for seeing my cat and taking me on as a new client as I recently relocated. The opening hours are excellent and my cat is fighting for after the antibiotics she needed were prescribed. Vets are undervwn unprecedented amount of stress due to the effects of the pandemic and the massive increase in pet ownership. Please be kind to all the staff at your vets!

We took our Border Collie, Molly here on Tuesday 18th August to have her euthanized due to her becoming incontinent and unsteady on her feet, She was a grand old lady and at the end of her happy life. The vet we saw was helpful and discussed the situation sympathetically and carried out the procedure, aided by a lovely veterinary nurse, with care and consideration throughout. We had time before and after Molly's death to comfort her and say our farewells, no rushing or pressure to leave. A very professional and sympathetic service. And then to top it all this morning we received a sympathy card from the staff which was something we never expected but it was very welcome and a lovely touch. Thank you all for you professionalism and kindness.

My 17 yr old dog had a seizure and then had 2 after. Phoned the vet told to bring him straight down. Seen straight away I knew the outcome. The vet Vitalie was absolutely amazing with Shane (my dog) and myself. He has seen to a number of our pets in the past and has always been the same. Professional, caring and having a lot of patients. I would like to thank him personally and his assistant I didn’t get her name sorry , for making Shane’s last moments with me dignified and respectful. Thank you 💔 Also thank you all for my sympathy card lovely touch xx

The staff were really helpful and kind, sadly our pet died a few days later but the team were helpful when we needed them and were able to give us help and advice when we needed it. Also provide medication without issue. Thank you all so much.

Very kind staff, I was explained in detail about the surgical procedure and the vet took all the time to answer my questions. The interest in my pet was very high. Thank you so much for your continued support and care.
