I had a terrible service with another hair extensions supplier. Niaomi made sure my order order from transformxtensions arrived on time for my client, next day delivery and I’m in Scotland! Customer service is excellent! The hair is amazing, definitely my new suppliers! Thanks so much for all your help.

When I decided that I wanted to have something I can enjoy doing in my spare time I found niaomi and her company. She trained me and from the start she was professional at all times. Always on the end of the phone to give advice...2.5 years on I will not go anywhere else for hair.
Never had an issue with ordering or if needed returning hair (which has been rare) my clients absolutely love the hair. One client still has the Mongolian weft in and that is 20 months later...with correct aftercare and maintenance the hair lasts.

I have been doing Extensions nearly 5 years now and came across Transform about 6 months ago and have to say I wish I had come across them sooner. The hair is incredible, so soft and thick. Iv got clients that had the hair fit 6 months ago and it's still like new. The customer service is amazing, Niaomi is always there to answer any questions you might have⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely amazing quality hair! Currently in the process of moving over to Transform from a previous supplier I've had problems with. Niaomi is friendly and very helpful, she clearly goes out of her way to accommodate all of her clients, one of the many reasons I've chosen Transform as my new supplier. I purchased some hair extensions from Transform to add thickness to my hair and let it grow around the sides a little. I have worn the hair for 11 months continuously with regular maintenances. The only reason I have now removed the hair as my hair is longer than the extensions. During my time wearing them I have regularly swam. Washed them 3/4 times a week, sometimes using a hairdryer and sometimes letting them air dry. Heat has been applied at least twice a week for the whole 11 months. The tips are still in perfect condition along with the hair. The hair is given a 12 month lifespan but I wouldn’t hesitate in refitting it after wearing for 11 months as it still looks new. I can’t recommend this hair enough. I know it can look costly compared to the cheaper alternatives on eBay but the quality and lifetime over-shines the price of cheaper alternatives. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic quality hair! I’ve worn extensions for over ten years and Every other brand I’ve ever used doesn’t compare to hair from here. I am still wearing hair that’s over a year old and the condition is amazing. They still look relatively new!! I also purchased nano rings from here which were amazing. The quality and durability of the hair was nothing like I’ve seen before. Ive even kept them after removal because the condition was still perfect after 6 months in my hair! The company is brilliant because they keep bringing new products such as the frontals and closures in almost every shade which is difficult to find elsewhere.
I would recommend this company to everyone because you won’t get better extensions anywhere. I’ve never had any issues with transform. Always replies to my questions within hours.

I have used this company for a year now I have had multiple hair with them and there the only company I use for clients. The hair is long lasting and luxurious. Customer service has never been an issue! I always message the owner regarding enquiries and always gets back to me promptly even though she has things going on in her personal life. This is a family run business not a big branded company. They do amazing hair for a great price! Highly recommend them! Won’t go anywhere else! Xxx

Love this brand! Only just discovered them and thought I would try on my own hair before I offer to clients. I ordered the Russian double drawn 180g 24” Weave. It is so so so so soooooo soft and luxury feeling, especially as it was so cheap at £240 I have to say the quality is amazing. Colour match was spot on as I asked Niaomi to match me as I didn’t have their colour ring at the time. It blends so well with your natural hair, everyone has complimented me. Nobody can tell that it’s not my real hair. One thing I look for in double drawn extensions is super thick ends so they don’t look scraggy and thin and this hair does the absolute opposite! My clients will definitely be wanting this when they see it in my hair! ❤

Naomi seems to be getting a lot of bad press at the moment, and as far as I’m concerned it’s totally unwarranted. I’ve used transform for a couple of years now and have had no problems at all. The one problem I did have, totally my fault, was sorted so quickly by Naomi, it shouldn’t even have been seen as a problem! The hair quality is one of the best I’ve ever used, super thick, soft and very easy to work with. Their product range has expanded massively this year and it just keeps getting better. Easy use website clearly stating their terms of purchase and use. They respond to messages both in and out of working hours promptly and helpfully. So if you’re in two minds after a couple of bad reviews I would seriously say give them a try, you won’t regret it!!

Iv been using transform for about 18 months now and I can not tell you just how amazing the quality of the hair is! I’m finding that even the blondes are lasting so much longer, than other brands that iv used in the past!

Outstanding quality of hair such good prices always receive exactly what iv ordered and the Mongolian hair really does last upto 12 months the only supplier I have used for the past 3 years now wouldn’t use any other company recommend to all my clients and friends!!! Brilliant hair extension suppliers and top customer service. All of the hair has been received quickly and is of the highest quality. I have never had a problem and they are always on hand to answer my questions. They go above and beyond for their company and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brilliant hair quality been having extensions the last 6 years with niaomi and the hair just gets better, my last lot lasted nearly 2 years with the correct maintenance/well looked after. I've also done my extension fitting course with her whenever you need something fair play with a busy life she's always helpful 😁

I've used alot of hair suppliers in the 6 years I have been offering extension services in the the salon.. transform is one out of two main suppliers I use. they go above and beyond for their customers. I gave never had an issue with their hair quality as I have done with other main suppliers. Hair really does last is true to description and if hair is given the correct aftercare by client hair will last longer than the stated life span. I am considering using transform as my main supplier because of late their hair is the only hair I haven't had problems with.. so transform keep doing what your doing.. your the best!!

Never had a issue with transform extensions. Gorgeous hair. Majority of my clients hair has lasted 9+months even some lasting 13+. Fast delivery and customer service has always been great. Xxx

I have always used transform hair extensions and to be fair have never had any problems. Ive always used the mid price ranged double drawn mongolian hair which i always get fantastic feed back from my clients. The hair is advertised at lasting upto 6 months but i have clients who with the right after care and regular maintance has lasted over a year. I have seen alot of bad press around Naomi but ive always had a great experience with her nothing is to much trouble she'll colour match via a photo or rush your delivery out if she can. I feel bad press always happens when people want to blame others for thier mistakes. Purchase with confidence at transform. I for one will not be changing my supplier

I have just completed an online course with Naomi. It was excellent, I was nervous as it was online but Naomi was sure to help and be there at every step when I needed help.The course content was excellent, the videos were so thorough and easy to follow. The training manual was again self explanatory and very easy to follow. I would definitely recommend Naomi's courses.

Ordered the hair first time my client really likes it felt lovely and thick loads of it only 120 strands. Itip service was quick and painless and owner was extremely helpful!!! I will be back for more very happy!!! Thankyou
