We'd been let down by several builders and one at the last minute. A neighbour recommended John and team. You can't go wrong here! As soon as John came to quote I instantly felt relaxed and reassured. They did everything they said they would, in the time period promised and the work is to a high standard. All communications responded to quickly which helped with my worries. Absolutely fantastic team. I even left them to work in my house whilst I was out, and for me that is unheard of, so speaks volumes. Friendly, helpful and tidy too. Would 100% recommend and 100% use again. A real gem of a company!

These are the best builders around and we are so pleased with their work. We tendered to 5 builders to do our Rear Extension and JS Builders were the only company to spot something amiss on our plans, a testament to their experience and knowledge. John and Lee are very reliable and hardworking, turning up at 8am every day and worked tirelessly throughout. Building Control who visited the site throughout the project, regularly commented on their quality workmanship. They are FMB registered aswell, so you know you are being serviced by a reliable builder. I would 100% recommend JS Builders ltd and will now only ever use them for any further projects.
