Brandon Street Surgery

Visited the surgery for my mum, was seen on time, the nurse (Nila) was so understanding and helpful. I haven't bad experience so far.. Doctor Radia is good too. Always there for you. Great service thank you

Had to go to brandon Street yesterday as my partner was quite poorly the lady on reception was so helpfull and put my partner at ease and the doctor she saw,was amazing shame we had to travel all the way to Narborough Rd to get prescription but otherwise amazing place

Doctors - nurses - and reception staff very professional and friendly.

Staff seemed polite and my boyfriend managed to get an appointment. HOWEVER get the car park cleaned up, there is a ridiculous amount of rubbish that needs to be cleaned up and recycled out there. Honestly disgusting from whoever left it and whoever hasn't cleaned it up!!

Have a worst experience every time when I call for book an appointment they always showing busy I am trying to call them from 8 am but still showing busy busy even no queue either . So if we have any emergency or if need DR help what I have to do . ..??????? Please sort this out.

My dad called to ask when he will get his meds as it should be automatically done due to it being a repeat, the receptionist Bhavna spoke to my dad with such bad attitude that I took over the call because she told him the practise needs 1 week notice. I told her her attitude is appalling and she then asked for DOB and advised the perceiption was sent to the chemist today. She should have asked my dad his DOB at the beginning of the call and left her bad and rude attitude at home.
If she had asked for his DOB then she wouldn’t have caused him distress about his meds. Dads just joined this surgery only been a few weeks and already I’m very disappointed in reception staff not doing a job properly.good job I took over the call and overheard how badly she was speaking to my dad. Advised her he has a mental health condition and she should be mindful of how she speaks to people she then responded with well then he needs someone else to call for him.
Disgusting behaviour and I’m looking to move him asap if that’s the telephone service

We have attempted to contact this GP on multiple occasions over the past two weeks, but our calls have gone unanswered. Could you please clarify if the office is currently closed or if there is an alternative method of communication available?

Staff are extremely rude and dismissive. They don't care for the patients health at all, they just fob you around and mess you about because they don't want to deal with you. Have had to wait weeks for a blood test result, have had my concerns dismissed, have been lied to about appointments being booked etc. Disgusting behaviour, doesn't deserve even 1 star. Surgery should be closed down as a whole or staff must be replaced. Is this what myself and thousands of others paying the NHS surcharge for? Ridiculous.

Staff are very rude and unprofessional behaviour. Doctors don’t want to take care about patients. Doctors are not listening patients problem. Always ignore any important you want share with doctors. Not professional behaviour at all. Doctors Sharn very rude and not good unprofessional behaviour. … I asked for my medical report and they do t have nothing to give me.
Strongly Not recommended to any family or friends.

Problem number 1- receptionist!!! Absolutely unprofessional, unhelpful women !!!!
All they can say is “please try tomorrow,today is fully booked”
Appointments never on time! Last time I took time off from work for my appointment and I was waiting 50 minutes to see doctor!!!

Worst practice, receptionist is unskilled and rude. Made official complaints before and she still works there. We have been here for years due to location but have have finally decided to find a new practice after years of extremely poor service. You never know which GP you are going to see, this is an issue as you feel they don’t know you on a personal level or find your self explaining the same stuff again. Stay away from this practice.

Very bad experience I am not a registered patient but I was referred by 111 for my daughter (1year old)who has had a temperature for more than a week. (Also saw my local gp on the third day of her fever and was told viral flu).

We are told if the child has fever more than five days see a doctor and I did this only to return home without the doctor doing any proper checks. She didn't check the throat for redness (Dr said the baby will throw up if she tries to check, what a lazy excuse). Child had cough and cold as well. Baby woke up crying while this "doctor" was listening to the chest and the doctor said "I thought I heard crackling in the chest (which would mean the chest isn't clear) but I think it was because she was crying". I told her to check again but she refused and just assumed the chest is clear. You are a doctor you don't assume and guess work.

Bed experience,😬😬no appointments at all time, I tried continuous 3 weeks, I didn't get any signal appointment for my pregnancy. Very crusal. All time thay have excuse about call 8am and 1pm. Whenever I called on this time its line busy. Within 10 minutes they closed the booked appointment. I coutious tried 1:10pm thay said appointment booking closed.🤯🤯 Ridiculous things.

Very unprofessional staff, me and my family have been ‘deducted’ as patients from the GP and no reason has been provided for this. No real desire to help people. If you dont cannot do your job then simply quit because you are negatively affecting others lives, literally
