I went for a dental appt with my son and have to say this was a lovely and welcoming place. The male dentist we saw was brilliant with my son. We are due back in a few weeks and safe to say that it is going to be easy to get him to go.

Only down side is the limited parking in the area. Plan your journey with more time to park as its not just parking on the road side either.

I won't lie sometimes you don't get seen on time and I have had to wait over 20 mins after my appointment but it's a GP Surgery not a corner shop so you expect there can be unexpected delays.

Very popular. Car park always busy. I had to park on the road, which was 40p for an hour through an app. Great service for my. Sons blood test. In and out on time, 5.mins mac.

Very friendly reception staff that are more than willing to help you with any issues you may have, docs are nice and supportive, the nurse I see for my pri menopause is amazing, she always listens to my needs and always gives me the best advice. Thank you Lydia .

No issues. Great service. The breastfeeding room could be a little nicer as it currently looks like a toilet so I just nursed in the waiting room instead.

I've been with the surgery for 11 years and always found the receptionists honest, empathetic, helpful, polite and try and help to find a good solution. Making an appointment has never been a problem whether it's a phone or face to face with GP. The female doctor is fantastic, got me the help I needed there and then and very empathetic and kind. Thank you so much to both doctors and staff! I hope she stays.

Clean and tidy environment always, massive waiting area on both floors and spacious car park.

Took my grandson for a blood test, the nurses were absolutely fantastic.

Went to see the dentist called Ash on 21st September 9.30 with my 9 year old son. The dentist was amazing and so informative. Explained everything well and gave us options to choose. My son felt very relaxed with him. The nurse was nice too. Thank you.

After an abrupt and unhelpful receptionist on the phone we walked to Westcotes Health Centre. The experience totally transformed when we met Amanda. She was so helpful and so understanding. Amanda took her time to make sure we got sorted. It was a pleasure to meet someone who makes a difference. Thank you 😊

I took my 4 year old for a blood test. The staff were amazing. I didnt even know that she had the bloods taken (3 lots) and neither did she. They sprayed her arm with some 'Elsa' spray and distracted her with an ipad. They were amazing. It was definitely worth the 90min round trip for such amazing staff

The health centre was calm and quiet and everything was running smoothly

Wanted to say a direct thankyou to the male clinic nurse who helped me today. Not only did I get in earlier than my appointment (yes earlier) but the nurse discussed exactly what he was doing ,why he used the packing he did and re booked me closer to my own address.i know it's part of the job but today showed me that some people are more than just a job, and I thank you

What can I say! My son went for blood tests this morning and we were both very anxious as he had never had this before. The staff were outstanding right from the time we sat down, a nurse talked him through what they were going to do and when she left the room he told he felt better already. There were 3 nurses and I just want to thank each one, i have the greatest respect in what I can guess is a very difficult job to do but you did brilliantly today. I was extremely impressed and thank you very much for putting us both at ease xx

I have used the hubs on regular basis for all of my family. Amazing detailed approach... if they are running late receptionist without failure will alert all on arrival. GPs have provided me and my family person centred approach at all times.
Without this service i feel i would wasted unnecessary time in emergency room. This service without failure always gave me appointment on the same day when required without failure.
