Aylestone Health Centre

Dr Minhas is very good, I feel reassured to know he is my GP as I know that he will listen to my concerns and get to the bottom of any problems I may have. Nurse Bhavna is also very good, she instantly puts you at ease. She has done all of my sons vaccinations and she is so good with him. The reception staff are lovely, they're always friendly and welcoming whenever I call or attend the surgery. Thank you!

Dr Minhas, is an excellent doctor and has recently diagnosed some health issues and prognosis of treatment required for a speedy recovery hopefully. I would highly recommend the Aylestone Health Centre in Leicester.

Fantastic care always from this practice. I came in and spoke to Meeta to enquire about requesting a future appointment with a doctor. Listening carefully to my concerns, Meeta looked and saw that there was a cancellation and a slot was available in the next ten minutes. She booked me in right away.
She went out of her way to ensure I was looked after. Thank you so much Meeta! Highly recommended and caring member of staff.

Excellent Medical Centre. I can normally get an appointment within a week of my call. Compared to other health centres around Leicester, this is exceptional.

The reception staff are very helpful. Pro tip, speak to them kindly and a be patient, they are often inundated with work so a little kindness can go a long way!

I'm amazed by the standards of Dr minhas and his team they attended to my needs with a very high professional standard quickly and efficiently will little to no wait time on the phone. Straight in. And then in the direction, I needed to go forward with my health issues. Giving me great advice and support along the way. True care to the people that need it. 5 stars for the best health care I've had in a long time extremely pleased person.

This health centre is second to none. All the staff are friendly, helpful and switched on. The surgery's system works flawlessly and it's very easy to get an appointment. I have only recently joined this surgery and Dr Minhas has already been more than helpful to me. I am disabled and have many needs which he has helped me with even personally calling me an ambulance when I needed one recently. The reception staff are also great especially Angela who is so kind and has bent over backwards to help me. This is a brilliant surgery!!

We have been with this practice for over 25 years, excellent service, Dr Minhas is thorough, kind and really helpful with complex issues. They have always seen the children quickly over the years. Angela has been so helpful to me over the years, always kind and quick to help me. Bhav is a fantastic, caring nurse too. Really great service.

I realised that I immediately post negative reviews but if things go right I don't leave a good review. Maybe many people can recognize themselves in this. Therefore, I would like to say thank you to all at Aylestone Health Center, starting with the lovely ladies in reception, the nurses and the GP for always trying to help out. Although sometimes mistakes happen, they get corrected and in the end we must all understand that we are only human. Thank you very much for everything!

Never had a bad experience with this surgery. Most helpful staff I could ask for. Always do what they can to help. Dr minhas is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I'd never see anyone else. Puts you at ease, always reassures and does everything he can to make sure your mental health is well aswell as physical. Amazing doctor to my children also.

I have recently registered with this surgery and I can honestly say Dr Minhas and team are fantastic. He has already dealt with issues that other doctors hadn’t. They are all very friendly and they are a positive, supportive surgery. I would highly recommend this surgery for anyone living locally.

Moved from another surgery because they kicked me out when I notified them that I'd moved. So I've come here to find they're actually much better than my old surgery anyway. Doctor is great, nurses are lovely, receptionists are respectful and friendly, and they actually answer the phone and give you appointments which is more than I can say for my old place. So glad I was forced to move surgeries; I'll never look back.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this surgery. I found Dr Minhas to always be genuinely concerned about my health and wellbeing and takes all steps necessary to investigate any health concerns. No problem getting an appointment either.

This is the best surgery I've ever been to. I can always get an appointment if I need one. Dr Minhas is a lovely person and cares for his patients. I really love the nurses though, Nurse Kate and nurse Bhavna. They always make me feel at ease and are real assets to the surgery! Calls are always answered in a polite manner.
