A great venue for occasions. We had an excellent time, with plenty of space for over 20 adults + 2 dogs.
Really lovely host too!

I stayed here for a a few nights November 2023 with my maincoon cat that the hosts were great about. I stayed two nights in a converted double-decker and one in a converted horse box. Both were really cool and querky. The log burners were great for the cold evenings. Would stay again!

Review of Birds Farm:
I booked a trip to Birds Farm as a surprise getaway for my son on his birthday and safe to say he had an amazing time. I had booked Dolly the bus and due to the weather there were issues with frozen pipes and the hot tub not heating up to temperature. Despite this being out of Martyns control, he could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We were given a choice of options including being able to stay in the farmhouse for no extra cost. After falling in love with Dolly we decided to stick with that option and Martyn set up an alternative hot tub for us to use and also allowed us access to the farmhouse facilities. Upon arrival Dolly was warm and inviting, the fire was lit and the heating was on. We were left supplies of bottled water and reassured we could contact Martyn for anything we needed. Dolly was incredible and really unique experience. If you are looking for an adventure with amazing accommodation and the most beautiful surroundings, I would highly recommend Birds Farm. Martyn is a fantastic host and we will definitely be booking to visit again with the whole family. Can’t thank you enough for such an amazing experience!

We stayed in the stables in October. It was a beautiful location lovely & peaceful, within close driving distance to some amazing places. The stables were clean, spacious, well done up, the added bonus of the hot tub & games room were superb too. We loved that it's dog friendly too. The owners are very responsive to messages prior to arrival & the PDF booklet was very informative. Excellent WiFi too. Will definitely return.

Stayed in the dolly double bus with family, wonderful bus very quirky different holiday to hotels for sure. Paid extra for hot tub aswell kids loved it. Beautiful place (prob better without road works for half of wales) but very unique experience. Very comfty beds.

10 of us stayed, using the two horse boxes and the main house connected to the games room. What can I say, we all had an excellent time, I organised the trip and the group had no idea what kind of place we were going to stay at and they were all very pleasantly surprised. Even though it was boiling hot during the visit, we all slept well during the night. The games room was well equipped, the showers were hot and powerful, the kitchen was great and the hot and bbq were excellent.
The surrounding were great and the host was very accommodating. And most importantly to me, my dog loved it!
Would give 10 stars if possible!!!

Me and my two dogs stayed and throughly enjoyed our visit. We stayed in Harri the horse box. Beautiful location, easy access to Breakon Beacons and lots of other amazing sites. Accommodation was clean and presentable, private shower and toilet were lovely and right next to you and the hot hub is a must after lots of long walks. Highly recommended.

Nothing was too much trouble! I booked the Bird House for a group of school leavers and my daughter’s birthday. They stayed mid week and I decorated the barn outside. Everything was amazing… the house was spacious for a large group and lovely and clean and the barn was a unique space for teenagers who absolutely loved it!! Martyn the owner met me at the property and he was very helpful and Karen the cleaner was very kind. My daughter and her friends will definitely be booking again and I would like to experience the stable or one or the horse boxes in the very near future! 5* service.

We only had the opportunity to spend two nights at "The Bird House" but I can honestly say that we will be booking with "Top of keepers lane" again ASAP! The property is outstanding and set in a beautiful location with easy access to a number of spectacular walks/hikes in the surrounding Brecon Beacons. The house was spotlessly clean and a true "home away from home", Customer service and hospitality are second to none, and the offer to rent a hot tub for the duration of your stay is inspired and a must if you enjoy a hot soak after a long walk!! only downside was that we had to leave!!...

Such a lovely unique home-from-home place to stay! I came here for my anniversary with my partner and felt safe and taken care of the whole time. With a private garden and hot tub we felt like we were on a little holiday, especially during times like these! We even met the friendly farm cat 😊

My family and I were booked to visit Top of Keepers Lane. Unfortunately, a family issue meant we could not visit as planned. Martyn was very understanding about the situation and we came to an amicable solution. While I have not stayed yet, I would highly recommend their customer service. They made a tough situation much easier. Thank you.

An excellent centre for touring and walking in the area. The house was well equipped for the 10 of us , all rooms very spacious. A massive games room provided a pool table and a football game.
Dogs were also welcome!

Had a wonderful stay in Harri the Horsebox. Arrived on public transport which was totally doable with a bus stop at the bottom of the lane. We were pleasantly surprised that the bathroom wasn't shared with the other horsebox

Perfectly secluded beautifully converted stables which makes you feel in the middle of nowhere with just the sounds nature to comfort you. All the mod cons you could need and a perfect balance of modern style with warm character. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a special getaway.

Great place to stay with family and or friends. We stayed the weekend with the friends. Amazing surroundings great places nearby to go for walks and trekking. Clean place with all the modern amenities wifi great clean toilets and showers clean comfortable beds amazing lounge area with smart TV and sounds system. Got a games room could do with looking after 😊

Amazing hidden gem. Exceptionally clean. The décor is modern with a rustic touch which adds to the effect of a country home. Owners are friendly and very hospitable. I'm currently here with work but will be returning for leisure.

A lovely and relaxing place to stay. The owners were really friendly and went out of their way to return a large item to us that we accidentally left behind.

What an amazing place to be and peaceful. Really appreciate the nature! Friendly host and near to the four waterfalls. Super worth it being away from the city…
