Been dealing with JB Carpets for over 5 years, completed many projects with them. Always competitive on price whilst maintaining a 5 star service and expert friendly advice, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Needed a small amount of artificial grass to protect my decking from furniture scrapes Blackwood depot took care of me. Great price and delivered same day within 5 hours. Can't fault them.

Helpful, friendly service without following you around while you look. We got exactly what we were looking for and at a good price – always good to support a smaller local company. Great service from Jack Junior, measuring up and advising. Granted, the carpet we chose was not top of the line, but when laid, some wrinkles were evident. I was told they’d settle but they haven’t. Emailed JB a couple of weeks ago about this but had no reply. UPDATE: JACK FROM JB has been in touch to remedy the situation.

Absolutely fantastic service. Picked the carpet Saturday and had it laid today. Could not be happier. Will definitely recommend and would not go anywhere else after they made it so easy. Fabulous work and not overly pricey. Thanks 😊👌

Polite helpful have done numerous carpet fittings in our house recommend them highly have installed wood flooring carpets and lino cant recommend them highly enough.

Had some artificial grass from Jack, looks good in the garden, really happy, ready for summer!

Nothing wrong with the carpet however when you pay for 4m width carpet and it turns up 3.77 wide then it becomes and issue. They cut the length fine but why say it comes in 4m or 5m width when it’s only 3.77m wide???? Ended up having to put a join in and overpaying by £14 for the 8m x 0.23m that was missing???
