N.P. DETAILING

I had a fantastic experience at N.P. Detailing! I initially went in for a headlight repair, but it turned out to be an electrical issue. The owner patiently inspected my car and offered a free, thoughtful resolution. Despite not handling electrical work, he even recommended a place for repairs. Grateful for the excellent service – I'll definitely be back!

Neil did a superb job with de-badging my car. Quick and clear communication and he explained the method and process prior to starting. The car now looks great! I would definitely recommend to get in touch with Neil for any car detailing needs. I will be scheduling in a maintenance clean very soon.

Neil completed a great job on my 11 year old MX5. A car that was only cleaned on rare occasions. The shine outside is fantastic and the interior pretty much looks as good as new. The attention to detail is fantastic. Everything was explained afterwards too. Even removed the haze from the headlights. The carbon clean makes the engine feel a whole lot smoother and more responsive. Definitely a service to recommend.

l recently bought a car which after a few days starting smelling like wet dog after the air freshener the dealer sprayed wore off. It got so bad that it was difficult to sit in the car without gagging, I took the car to another detailer who did a lazy job. He spent 3 hours on it and there were bits of fur left in the seats and the smell was still there.
I took the car to Neil and he was able to find the source of the smell and thoroughly clean it, getting rid of all the dirt then using ozone to disinfectant the whole interior. He did a great job, getting into all the little areas that I wouldn't even think to look. The car now smells fresh and clean. I will definitely take my car to Neil in the future whenever I need any cleaning done on it. Great attention to detail, and overall a great guy.

Neil is a real down to earth guy. I had the full interior/exterior/engine bay package done and he explained exactly what he would do and he did exactly what I expected, and more!

Unfortunately the car hadn't been looked after very well by the previous owner and there were various deep scratches on the boot and bonnet from bags being dragged along the surface, as well as others on the roof, doors and wings. Neil did his best to remove all of the scratches and spent 3 hours on the bonnet alone! Most of the scratches have now gone and you can't even see the deep ones anymore unless you look up close!

Interior and exterior and leather seats are now treated and protected. Paintwork is really smooth outside and dirt/bugs/etc. do not stick to it and dash/seats are protected against UV rays. Engine looks good as new!

Neil will not try to rip you off! My car has done ~15k miles and I asked whether I need a carbon clean and he said that I won't need one doing until the car has done 35-40k. He also took the time to talk me through how to look after the car going forward as well as which products to use.

Money well spent. You will not be disappointed!

Gave my Mercedes A-Class AMG Line to Neil for paint correction and Matrix Blue Ceramic Coating. I am extremely pleased with the result. The car looks better than it did when it was new. The gloss shine is mirror like and the speed at which Neil did the job was brilliant. He kept me informed of progress along the way and addressed any concerns I had. I will definitely be going back for all my car detailing needs with all my cars in the future. Thank you Neil.

I Took my car to NP Detailing and Neil has done an outstanding job, car looks a totally different car it’s so shiny, He explained everything he was doing and given me lots of advice as he is very knowledgeable and a great guy, would recommend him to anyone who is looking for car detailing or even a carbon clean in engine as he done mine too and the difference is amazing it feels quicker and even more quieter. Just fetched my bike back from Neil what can I say WOW after a winter of riding I can't believe its the same bike it looks fantastic. Had the engine carbon cleaned whilst he was at it she is so smooth at low revs and slow speeds and acceleration is level and smooth top guy and well worth it

I purchased a 160gsm looped drying towel from this company and I can honestly say that what they say about the product is spot on , it’s absolutely marvellous the amount of water it can hold leaving your car dry ready to give it that last polish. And the communication from them especially Neil was wonderful.
Cannot fault the company and certainly would recommend them for a true and honest on any of their products.

Never had my engine carbon cleaned before. Stumbled across Neil by accident but it was definitely worth it. He explained the process and benefits before travelling out to me to do the cleaning. 45 mins later and it feels like a different car. Smoother and faster acceleration, and more economical getting much more mpg since the clean.
Highly recommend Neil. If your uncertain give him a call and he'll explain the process.

Neil did what the rest couldnt! Bought a Mini and the previous owner used glitter hairspray and it was stuck to the entire interior of the car, including the leather steering wheel. After several no's and ridiculous quotes elsewhere, he made light work of it, now my 10 year old car looks brand new. Can't recommend enough!

Neil did a great job on my car A1, pervious owner had a dog which left hairs all over the car. Leather seats were a little grubby to, also rear parcel shelf. All cleaned throughly by Neil, he even did a de- Carbon of the engine. Very happy with the work done, highly recommend. Andre.

Just had my Lexus SC430 detailed by Neil and I was literally left gobsmacked!
My classic car looks so much fresher and the paintwork looks immaculate!
Neil also did a Carbon clean which has made the car so much more quiet and responsive at the same time. My brother recommended me to Neil and I am so glad he did.

Absolutely over the moon with Neil's work! I had the most horrendous smell from the back of my car that nothing seemed to work on as well as stained seats. When I got my car back the smell had completely gone and the whole interior looks completely brand new! Not one stain, no odour, just fresh and shiny! Neil also did a carbon engine clean which has made driving so much smoother! Genuinely couldn't recommend more! Outstanding work and really nice bloke!

I took my car to Neil, after a previous owner had left bad smell of cigarettes throughout the interiors. Other people who tried cleaning it couldn't get rid of the smell. Neil did an amazing and thorough job and it was like a new car once he was done with it. Neil is a quick communicator, helpful and skilled at his job. Used NP detailing on my BMW 4 series needed a stage 1 paint correction and also had it ceramic coated. The results were amazing! The car looked better than when I got it out the showroom. He finished it in good time, was very professional and provided great after support. Neil is knowledgeable and passionate about his work and it shows in the results. Will definitely use again and recommend to my friends and family!

CARBON CLEAN WITH GREAT RESULTS.
Took my well maintained diesel to Neil as it was vibrating more than it used too. Mechanics said it was normal over time and I was imagining it as the scan found no issues.

Had the car carbon cleaned by Neil whilst I waited. The engine was grumbling before and now it purrs.
Much smoother, the accelerator responds easier, and the engine is quieter!
Will be bringing all the family cars here from now on.
