Good service

Had problems with this pharmacy for years but have stuck it out due to strain on all pharmacy service’s increasing over the years. Numerous dispensing mistakes, items not being available after receiving texts informing me that “
Your px is ready” & many other errors. I have often had trouble getting through on the phone, however , it has been ringing but unanswered all week. I rang the Pyle branch & was Informed “they are there in Porthcawl so should be answering.. sorry I am unable to deal with your request”. I finally contacted my surgery , only to be told that Wells have stopped doing repeat PX s. Nice of them to inform me!! I have eye medication that doses cannot be missed due to risk of eye damage etc as well as other meds that just can’t be stopped suddenly. Luckily, I have arranged my repeats elsewhere 😖

Incompetent chemist. Failing in their duty.
