We booked to have Sunday lunch for my mums 65th birthday 🎂
The service was fantastic. The meal was lovely all the veg was served in tureens there were 4 adults and 3 children, there was plenty to go around. They even offered my nephew chicken nuggets as he's not a cooked dinner child but he had a turkey dinner and ate every bit we plated for him.
The kitchen staff were great and I'd like to give them a big thank you as they even put my mums cake together for us.
Thank you
We will definitely be back x

Went there for Sunday lunch. It was really good. The dining room was nicely laid out with white paper tablecloths and three courses of cutlery. There was a lovely ambience in the dining room which benefited from soothing background music from the 70s. The potato and leek soup was nice, the main course had choice of meats which you could mix to have more than one. Veg consisted of boiled and mashed potato, swede, cabbage, carrots and peas. Yorkshire pud, roast potato and stuffing were on the plate with your chosen meat(s). Wide choice of Desserts. The lemon, coconut and mango cheesecake was absolutely delicious.
The waiting staff were attentive, efficient and very pleasant.
The only issue I have is parking. As it is a golf club the golfers were out in force and the car park was choc a block. A bigger car park is desperately needed. Other than this a very nice place to visit.

A vibrant club, walking isn't easy particularly the 5th but the views when you finally carry your clubs up if you're nuts like me, or get your cart/buggy up if you're sensible is awesome of the valley below.
Pro shop is friendly and welcoming.
Course is obviously weather dependent, I've played it in most conditions but this is a decent golf club more often than not
