The Elms Hotel & Spa

Absolutely stunning day at Elms Hotel and Spa! The staff were friendly and attentive. The pool and spa facilities were exquisite and the treatment (my kinda skin facial) was hands down the best treatment I've ever had! We ended the day with a gorgeous afternoon tea in a beautifully charming and characterful dining room. The small touches were so thought through, including,
* Complimentary Infused water, apples, teas and coffee
* Fruit sorbet and 'treatments used' card to peruse following treatment
* Hair appliances including hair straighteners in changing rooms
* Cocktails and alcoholic drinks available to have by the pool

I highly recommend and will absolutely be returning!!

Beautiful hotel!

Stayed here for two nights after my wedding and I was very impressed. The pool area is luxurious with a large hot tub that you can use indoor or outdoor. The food and drinks were really good. The room decor was very nice, as was the decor throughout the halls and sitting areas.

Overall a great experience, although the stay was quite expensive it was worth it. I will definitely return in the future.

Absolutely stunning spa. Spent the day there and enjoyed a gorgeous hot stone massage, pedicure, and hydro facial. The premises is beautiful and there is a spa bath outside too. I had breakfast and lunch there as part of my package. The food was excellent. A lovely day with no complaints. I'll be back!

Beautiful venue in a beautiful setting, decor is olde world with panelled walls ect. Sadly the open fire wasn't lit !

Sunday lunch was delicious, with all 3 of us stating it was of very good quality, and served piping hot.

We stayed as a 30th Treat to my partner and what an amazing stay it was! Such a beautiful hotel, the rooms are well kept and cosy. The staff were exceptional & very attentive - nothing was too much!

The food was divine, we had both breakfast & dinner - absolutely gorgeous!

The spa was beautiful & our treatments were perfect.

I would thoroughly recommend the Elms to anyone.

Afternoon tea with friends. Stunning venue and location. Service was 100%, Food was delicious and just the right amount. We didn't stay, so can't comment on the rooms.

On the way to Ludlow for a late lunch; and out of the corner of my eye registered a listed building with a stately home feel to it. Managed to pull over and do the obvious.......google The Elms. Images can be deceptive but the Elms out shone in every department. Relaxed professional greeting, freshly cooked lunch, [ Club sandwich and Chicken Caesar salad for me. ] with a pricing structure comparable to a gastro pub.
Only an hrs. drive from Coventry: Birmingham
and a classic gem with a hint of quirkiness that is best kept for your personal delectation. Go there.......we surely will again!

Fantastic spa, great gym and lovely hotel rooms. Brilliant deep tissue massage by Izzy which really helped relieve tension in my neck and back. 10/10.

A fantastic retreat from the world, peaceful and refreshing. Filled with polite and attentive staff. Great place to turn off the feeds and relax.

We stayed here the day after our wedding and it was wonderful. Huge attention to detail on the decor and the restaurant and spa are very good. We stayed in the Abberley Suite which is easily the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

It’s worth being aware that you can only use the spa during your actual hours of stay, which I think is 3PM to 11AM the following day. But it is fantastic, so make sure you do! It has great facilities with free water, coffee and fruit and is exquisitely decorated.

Went for the getaway package for 1 night, we thought was amazing value, access to the spa, £45 toward dinner per person, breakfast and a 30 minute treatment and we absolutely loved our whole stay. The spa facilities were amazing, so relaxing and lovely staff we had the most amazing one hour full body massage, dinner was delicious as well as breakfast and the staff are so friendly. We would love to come back and would recommend the elms to anyone!

Me and my partner attended for a short stay for a birthday celebration. The whole experience was amazing. The room decor was elegantly put together. The spa facilities were a treat and so relaxing. The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. Props to the bartender who answered all of our questions relating to different cocktails. All in all, a great experience. We will definitely be booking in the future.

An absolutely tremendous experience! The service was faultless. Every single person greeted us with cheer and kindness. It was true enthusiasm, the bedroom was immaculate. The food was scrumptious and saving the best till last the spa was absolute tranquility! I can nit wait to stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel in beautiful grounds and with a lovely, relaxing spa. More importantly, all the staff consistently went out of their way to ensure that we had an amazing time on our first hotel trip with our little one. Couldn't have asked for more.

5 of us had a relaxing birthday evening in the Gladstone suite. It was perfect, equipped with everything we need including a phone for room service, and 2 mini fridges. It was immaculate.
The spa was perfect, all clean and working facilities. Good changing rooms and nice refreshments.
Breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of continental as well as a cooked option.
Perfect, we will definitely be returning!

Amazing house converted into a beautiful hotel. Ladies cloakroom is something else. Go and see!

Absolutely the best spa experience I’ve had - and I’m difficult to please! As an ex spa manager and aesthetician I was not expecting to be wowed, but boy was I wrong. This place is breathtaking, the decor stunning, the staff are adorable, the treatments sublime and the food - just pure decadence. Upon viewing one other sumptuous coach houses - I am checking my diary to book a proper stay. This place is a hidden gem and I cannot be more smug to have found such a treat. I will be a regular here for sure! 💖
