Penuwch Inn Caravan & Camping

We had the best week at Penuwch Caravan and Camping site.

The owners were a lovely couple who were very helpful and friendly throughout. They recommended different places to visit and eat at.

Toilets and showers were spotlessly clean

Views were outstanding and we loved seeing the red kites and the chickens in the bottom field each day.

Great quiet away from it all campsite . The view from the caravan is amazing and the kites come regular to visit. The hosts are really friendly with lots of information regarding places to visit ! Unfortunately the campsite is dog friendly but the caravan isn't ( not very clear on pitch up ) which means we may visit again but camp !!

A fantastic small(ish) campsite with 15 large pitches, all with electric hookup.
Lovely warm welcome from Nicky and Julian who were great company in their onsite bar.
3 very clean shower rooms, 1 with good disabled access.
Watching the kites in the morning was spectacular.
Definitely recommend this site to anyone....we will certainly be returning.

Well what can I say, we've had a wonderful weekend at Penuwch Inn Caravan and Camping this weekend, fantastic hosts, great facilities and views to die for. With several beaches close by and nothing too much trouble, if you want a few days of peace and tranquility, definately a place to try. We stayed in the static caravan, which was fully stocked and the little extras really made the stay even better. The static also has its own decked area, 2 double and a single bedroom and car parking space but there is plenty of car parking spaces if you have an additional car. We used the bar and the shower facilities which were all very clean and well maintained. Loved exploring the local area and the hosts were very knowledgeable about the local,area too which is always a bonus. We will be rebooking

Visited this place twice with friends, it is fab! Very friendly staff, and locals. View from bar is trully breathtaking.
The food is the very best beautifully prepared with multiple meals all served together and nice and hot. First time I had the gammon and chips, second time hunters chicken both meals outstanding. Very understanding about children's meals too. Prices are extremely reasonable. This is a small inn so booking is highly recommended. We are in the area several times a year and will be back as soon as possible.
Only con is the location for non locals who might not know about it... Look it up it is well worth it!

Fabulous site. Martin and Bev are excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble.
Our dogs loved it in the pond, but unfortunately Martin, there were no fish to be seen as our lab kept eating the bread.
Beautiful views from the site, a lovely sunrise, so peaceful.
Facilities are excellent, couldn't ask for anything more.

First of all I would like to thank Bev and Martin for being the perfect host and made our stay very comfortable. I did something that I thought I would never do. Yes I forgot my tent pegs. And bev was so kind that she managed to find me enough to make my tent secure. Until I could get to halfords, good practices were in place because if the covid. The site its self wasn't very busy at first but a few came later. Food was on offer from Thursday through to Sunday. The site was lovely and clean and nice and quiet. Just perfect . Of course the weather helped to make it all better BQS etc .overall I loved it here and you also see a few Red Kites. They even supply fresh eggs if you need for a pound for 6.but apart that we really had a good week. 👍 oh and I did return the pegs. I wouldn't have any hesitation in going there again if we go camping that way.

I cannot speak highly enough about Bev and Martin's campsite.
Fabulous views, excellent food, fantastic hosts.
The showers are lovely and hot.
Every where is spotlessly clean.
Great for a quite relaxing break.

Great people who want you to enjoy your stay. Lovely views,plenty of birds to watch,good size pitches. They deserve to make a success of their venture.

Ate here twice during our holiday. Food and hospitality was first class both times. Excellent freshly prepared home cooked food and very reasonable prices. Martin and Bev were excellent hosts and views are amazing.

Bev and Martin who run the inn and campsite are awesome. We arrived today with 2 dogs and hungry. Because we could not leave the dogs in our camper Bev delivered them to our door for us, piping hot and delicious. The facilities are spotless and there's something for everyone's taste in the bar. We be back again definitely and will tell all our friends about this wee gem

Brilliant camp site, great views and good facilities. Food in the inn very good, but definitely need to book. Just a bit noisy one night when one of the locals on his way home, but he had obviously had a good night 🧄

What a little gem this is. Splotlessly clean. Fab food on site.. home made pies with delicious crispy pastry.. just so very tasty. A fab curry and Martin's home made onion bajees are to die for. Beautiful rural setting just a few miles from several beaches. Llangranog is another little gem bit far away from here.
My grandchildren loved it here, quickly made friends with other children and it is a very safe environment. Martin & Bev were fantastic hosts.
Don't forget to go fishing at the pond and ask about the morning egg collection. Their Hens really do lay eggs with your childs name on them 😉thank you Martin and Bev for a very memorable weekend. We will definitely be back and hope to book the caravan next time and indulge in that spa. Xx

What a lovely little place to camp/caravan or campervan which has been open by the new owners Martin & Bev 4 weeks ago so very new to them. Martin and Bev were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. The food was excellent and Martin's yorkshires were top drawer. The site is clean and the showers and toilets were very clean with lovely hot water. They even have a fishing lake which you are welcome to use even with tackle and rod which is so relaxing. Stayed for 2 nights in a motor home welcoming owners great views clean facilities

The food here was lovely and the portions were big. The service was super friendly and booking via Facebook was easy. We are already planning our return visit.

Fantastic facilities, great food at the pub on site, quiet at night with plenty of space between plots. A decent drive from Tregaron and Aberystwyth, makes for a good camping place for a weekend or a week. Would go back.

Fantastic place. Views are amazing, site has excellent facilities, the bar and restaurant are spot on and the owners couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
