Very good place to buy all kind of Indian food items specially fishes in Kolkata based.I found here Katla,Aayer,Pabda,Boyal,Koi fish along with puffed rice and many more.Indian vegetables like Lauki,Parval also availavle here.Must visit place if you are food lover

A good shop for all Indian and Asian foods . They got most of the South Indian spices and veggies . Frozen raw meat and cooked frozen is abundant but 90% of the frozen fish and meat is of poor quality or spoiled and they do not refund after you purchase . They sell fruits which are already rotten but still will be displayed in shelf and for sale. Comparatively two turkish shops 'Best one' and 'mesopotamia' are better

I've started teaching myself Indian cuisine with the help of a few cook books. So I started going to the continental food store.... Brilliant.. they have everything I needed and more. The staff are so helpful. And the prices are very reasonable... Great for alm my needs.

Loved it. So many Bangladeshi fish, rice, shemai and spices. They also have halal frozen meat.
