Georgia is an absolutely fabulous piercer! And I have enough piercings to know! Zero trauma to the area, so smooth and quick, absolutely cannot fault her and will be returning! She also took extra time to help me switch out some of my fiddly earrings which absolutely made my day! 10/10 recommend!

Popped in to get a tragus & helix repierced after they had been out for a number of years. The staff were friendly & helpful, well informed & lovely to deal with. I had to fill in a form which asked about my medical history, I was able to choose my own jewellery & I found the price reasonable but also reassuring that it wasn’t going to be done on the cheap. I went upstairs & was really pleased that the piercing studio is clean, bright & airy. My piercer (Georgia I think but I’m so sorry if I’ve got her name wrong!) was lovely, completely put me at ease & gave off this wicked vibe that I was in the safest of hands. She marked out my piercings & was efficient whilst checking I was doing okay. I felt like she loved what she does & was brilliant at it. Thanks everyone at Blue Banana Swansea for a great experience :)

I was pierced for the second time in less than 3 weeks by Georgia yesterday and both times she was brilliant!! She is so gentle and has such a good personality and sence of humour that I spent most of the time laughing and almost forgot I was there to be pierced!! I won't be getting pierced by anybody else in the future that's for sure!! See you in the new year!

Had my rook pierced here and it was a great experience! Everything was hygienic and my piercer was so friendly and made the whole process so comfortable, highly recommend getting your piercings done here!
Update: 2 years on and still no issue with my room piercing, it has healed perfectly and I've been back several times to have jewellery changed, they're always amazing here!

Been a couple of times for ear piercings. Have had a Rook and a Helix so far and I love them both. No doubt I will be going back at some point for more. Staff are friendly and professional. When I took my daughter, she felt at ease. Totally recommend.

I got my belly button piercing done there with a lovely lady, she made sure I was feeling okay the whole time and she was just amazing the whole time. 100% recommend going to Blue Banana for your piercings they are brilliant and always got amazing deals going on. Definitely going to get more done with them:)

Had my septum done here and belly button, I passed out getting my navel done but staff grabbed me a chair and bottle of water within 30 seconds of it all happening, absolutely amazing staff. I felt to comfortable and welcomed. I’ll be using blue banana for any other piercings or tattoos I want!! 100% :)

My daughter and I had second and third ear piercings today at Blue Banana Swansea. The staff in the shop that welcomed us were friendly and helpful. We were seen very quickly. The piercer - Tom was excellent. He was so lovely in nature and took time and care to ensure that our ears were pierced safely. He really put us at ease. I would highly recommend.

I always come to blue banana to get my piercings as they are the best ones I know. I don't usually leave reviews because I've never been worried or scared about getting a piercing before. I have three lobes on each ear, a helix and a nose piercing. The piercing I ended up getting today is one I've wanted for a while now, a Monroe lip piercing, and I was very hesitant and scared as I've always had a fear of needles going anywhere near my mouth which is why I didn't get it done sooner. The piercer I had though was amazing. She was patient with me, talked me through it and kept me calm throughout it all. Really love it, am getting more obsessed with it as the hours go by, and I can't thank them enough ✨❤

I had my tragus and nose pierced. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff members behind the till was fantastic. They went through all the jewellery options and I also asked for their advice which was brilliant. I was understandable a bit nervous but they reassured me and they went through the aftercare options. Seren who did the piercing was fantastic and helped me through the piercing and also answered any questions I had. Brilliant service around and highly recommend.

Ben was a great piercer and the people at the desk were really nice and helpful. Will go back if I want any more piercings.

I visited blue banana today to get an ear piercing. The person on the counter was very friendly and helpful in explaining my jewellery options. The piercer was also brilliant again very friendly and professional.

Staff are lovely, sometimes asking for piercings can be awkward but it wasn't at all. All staff were really nice and happy to help. I got two piercings here, I think my piercer was called James. He was really nice, explained everything to me and reassured me about every worry I had. As nice as a piercing experience can be, reasonably priced and good quality!
