Llys Aeron Guest House

Really enjoyed my stay here, the owners were friendly & helpful. They were warm & welcoming, the rooms were immaculate and so comfy. Easy to see why they have won their awards ( four in a bed, channell4 programme and a number of 5 star ratings). The breakfast selection was large, very tasty and filling, set you up for a full day. I really enjoyed the scramble egg with smoked salmon & the porridge was so creamy.
Highly recommend this venue.

Everything was perfect!
This guest house was the worthy winner of the Channel 4 TV "Four in a bed" competition. Everything was of a very high standard, including the excellent breakfast which we loved. Also worth mentioning is the free parking, as parking in Aberaeron town centre can be difficult.

From start to finish, our stay was a wonderful experience. We were immediately taken in by the imposing Georgian frontage of the house and beautiful private gardens of this hidden gem.. And the WOW factor just kept on coming when we saw our beautiful, four poster bed room. The attention to detail makes all the difference, from the extremely tasteful decor to the free tea, coffee and Welsh cakes! The gorgeous, luxurious bed linen to the super soft towels, robes and slippers. Absolutely blown away. The hosts Jonathan and Kerry made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. And the wonderful breakfast menu was outstanding, for both choice and quality. They pride themselves on only using local produced quality food. And to top off the experience the breakfast room is situated with wonderful views of the mature gardens. I would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast and cant wait to return.

You couldn't get better than this anywhere else. This B&B and the hosts are the best we have ever stayed with. The breakfast was more than you could ask for it was superb. The room and everything in it, it was all absolutely perfect. Thank you for everything and we will definitely be back.

Other B&Bs take note, this is how it's done !!!!! absolutely spotless, and I mean spotless, lovely attentive ( but not over the top ) owners, breakfast was lovely with gluten free options, and very reasonably priced, we will be back again thats for sure. Best one we have stayed in, just book it.

Kerry & Jonathan are perfect hosts, the house is full of charm and character. I stayed 2 nights on 24th July. The room was so spacious and the best soft sheets I’ve ever slept in. Jonathan told me the history of the house , the grounds are so pretty. My stay was brief but a very memorable one. Breakfasts are amazing. I loved my stay

What can I say, from the beautiful room to the exceptional breakfast, there was no detail missed, Welsh cakes in the room was a lovely touch, superb views, would 100% recommend this beautiful B&B, only a 10 min walk down to town, will definitely be visiting again. The Powells, Room 3. 😀

Stayed for 4 nights, Johnathan and Kerry where amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The property and grounds are so impressive and only a short walk along the river bank to the main Town. Full cooked Welsh breakfast is a must, we will certainly be staying here again.

Nice room. Lovely place with garden set out for guests. Superb breakfast and wonderful, friendly hosts. We had a lovely walk around the village at sunset.

I can't believe the negative reviews on here for Llys Aeron. We have stayed here several times over the past 10 Years. The place is spotless and the breakfasts are made from quality Ingredients and cooked to perfection. Caryl and Dewi are most welcoming and we would look no futher when booking for somewhere for a short break in this area. The last time we visited we were welcomed with fresh coffee and home made welsh cakes, What more could you ask for ? Great food and fantastic hosts! It saddens me to read such negativity about Caryl and Dewi and their beautiful home! Hope to visit Aberaeron and Llys Aeron again very soon!

I simply cannot understand the negative reviews of Llys Aeron, it is spotlessly clean and the owners Caryl & Dewi are charming, helpful & cheerful with everyone. Is someone deliberately trying to undermine their business ? I seriously wonder. I have stayed on a number of occasions and always return when I am in the area as it is one of the most pleasant places I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. What more can I say.

Very friendly staff/owners. The 2 bedroom holiday home is immaculately clean and cosy. Gardens are kept lovely! Would defo recommend it. Close to the town only a few minutes walk.

Could not fault this guest house and we really enjoyed our stay. 15 min walk to the town to some great restaurants. Need to book.

Excellent guest house, one of the best i've stayed in, fantastic hosts make you feel relaxed. A real beautiful house and fantastic garden.
