Toolstation Worcester

Jack and Sophie were extremely helpful today with my plumbing problem. Not straight forward needing some serious thought to get to the right solution. Excellent customer service from helpful and friendly staff.

Great customer service!! Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Jack taking the time to make sure I had the right parts for the job I was trying to do. What a lovely helpful chap.

Arrived at Worcester branch today and served by Dereck. His customer service skills were top class, nothing was too much trouble for him to ensure I got exactly what I needed. If Toolstation do monthly awards for service, then he should win it hands down this month. Thank you.

Came in earlier today too buy some things for home renovations. My speaking English was not so good but Thankyou to Lauren and Josh. Very patient and helpful even thought it looked like the store was under-staffed from the big queue!

I was in there befor this week to pick up some lights for me and my partner. I don’t know his name but a man there I think he had something going on with his eye (sorry guy if your reading this) but he’s very helpful and polite knew exactly what I wanted and even came up with some less expensive alternative options when it wasn’t in stock.

My only issue was that every other customer in store wasn’t wearing a mask but the staff had screens and encourages social distancing so I did still feel safe enough.

The store always has excellent customer service and is currently displaying good Covid safe measures.
The collection and next day delivery service is a great feature.
Staff are polite and always happy to help with any problems.

As a regular here and also at SF, TS has the edge on customer service and price. So easy to order online and collect.

The staff are very professional and friendly and helpful .there is parking just outside, I think it is good for disabled people because the car park always full

Fantastic service under difficult social distancing circumstances. Josh on front door taking orders very patient as had alot of products to order and was so very helpful. And Julie and Emma were very helpful and busy dealing with online orders click and collect. Was all very efficient. Very happy with service given at worcester toolstation today.

Really easy to get to, plenty of parking, staff always helpful and polite , my order was ready to collect early in the morning after I had ordered it the night before, very covid safe and I felt valued as a returning customer. Well done Team Worcester.

Friendly, Fast, helpfull! Always fast service by the team witch helps me get on with my jobs nicely, sometimes I've only just walked in and they've got my click and collect ready to go, will 100% be using this store in the future!

I needed a particular lock recently although I wasn't sure about the size. The staff were very helpful. Excellent advice and traditional service from staff with very good knowledge of their products. Highly recommended.

Very professional yet friendly staff. Very helpful, even when there was some confusion from my part on what I needed. This particular member of staff (Beth I believe her name was) took her time to go through what I needed. Would definitely recommend.
