Bit disappointed to be charged £3.50 delivery (we spent over £20) when it clearly states delivery £2 when you spend over £10 on the just eat app so update your terms please as i can't upload proof as no option to upload photo

I’ve had a delivery today and tbh nothing special. Website doesn’t work as is should. You can’t login to Account to access your order. You can only login to order. Food looks ok as weight loss bundle but looks dry. I could easily cook it at home. Another thing so much plastic waste. Why not cardboard containers?! Another thing no updates that food is on the way. I was forced to call and asked when I will receive food cuz I haven’t received any updates. Delivery cost is a bit ridiculous. I’ve paid a 19£ for delivery where it’s local. There is no option of collection when you ordering what would give a big advantage for local people for someone who’s ordering for first time like me. The pros are nice packaging comes in box 📦. Nice smoothie. So overall 6/10 good experience for first time buyers. Some stuff should be improved.
