This must be the cleanest McDonald's in the country, every time I go in there I am amazed on how well it's kept, the two ladies in the there deserve a medal.

The food is lovely and we got extra chicken nuggets so they got us something extra I would definitely recommend it for you because it is also a very popular place.

Omg table 6, what a scenery the chefs cooking up whatever you want from the menu, the bleak mid winter breeze absolute bliss, reminds me of my child hood filled with happy meals and happy memories would smash. TABLE 6 WALLAHI HITS DIFFERENT

Very clean and had such lovely staff there as well..nothing was too much trouble. And the ice cream.machine was working! Miracle

Really amazing customer service! Had an issue with our online order so came in to speak to the team, i understand it being busy things go wrong sometimes, but Dan was really helpful and sorted it out for us no problem! When we got our food it was really good quality and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Thanks again Dan and the team for being so understanding, friendly and helpful!!

Had to wait for my burger, so they offered me free fries and mcflurry to apologise. What a fantastic service! 😁

Ordered on board and paid at the board. Table was nice and clean. Order was brought to table. Staff were very nice and helpful and service was excellent. Service with a cheery smile.Made to feel very welcome. Granddaughter loved her high seat.

It is great to be able to go here and a sense of normality. All organised very well greeted at the door,if you are dining in scan on your phone or give your details. Then you can use the drive through or order at the till and takeaway.

Dropped in on way back from Alexandra hospital. Since it's refurb gives a proper retro McDonalds vibe. Quite nice in there I think. Now moved to a full digital order system which won't be to everyone's liking but having table orders now somehow makes McDonald's even easier.

Wicked fast service, friendly staff, big thanks to Toby for being quick and friendly. Would definitely come here again.

Always quick service, foods always on point!

The person who greeted me at the door in these very changed times could not have been a better host. Despite speech difficulties she communicated incredibly effectively. She was efficient, warm and a complete pleasure to deal with. Good on you, whoever you are. I hope to see your smiling face next time I'm in.

Took my Mum and Dad on the 15th June It was Dad's first visit to McDonalds and he's 92 years old. The staff were wonderful especially Emma who helped us order. Dad had a great time and we all will certainly visit again. Thank you Emma for making his day.

Had breakfast here the other day, I was really surprised how quickly our order was ready it only took a few minutes, however it was quiet, the staff were very friendly

Don't normally like Macdonald's.or as I call it mucky d's,but it's super close to the Alexander hospital and there coffee I cheap and tastes great and perfect if your spending all day visiting at the hospital and just want 5 mins to yourself with a brew . 5* review for the coffee for me and parking facilities and food as my guest s were hungry and I didn't hear any complaints.👍

Lovely staff here at the moment, friendly and helpful. Nice layout of the tables inside and some good dining outside too. Just be careful not to stay over 90 mins as there is a hefty parking fine!
