Wow!!! 100% recommend !!!! 💥💥💥My wife and I went today and met Arthur. I have to say I’ve had lots of knowledge over the years but it was all a bit clunky . However the time spent with Arthur was mind blowing and the penny dropped and everything just made sense . He has given me the motivation to genuinely smash it and be the best version of me. He has so much knowledge and he’s so genuine and sincere and wasn’t pushing for sales . I could have walked out of there making no purchase and he would have been happy to have advised etc. I will never buy online again as he has a regular customer in me and also my wife. Cannot recommend enough and if you’re serious about looking after your body and mind then without question please visit and find out for yourself . Thanks Arthur . Arthur is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. I always bought supplements online not knowing what was in them and if I needed them, after going to Arthur he showed me what I needed for my goals and made sure I was only taking things that would benefit me and not wasting my money. Arthur has been great to see every month to catch up on progress and where we need to tailor my supplements and training. Don't go shopping at places like myprotien they just want your money, go and see someone like Arthur who knows the industry, knows the science and cares about you as an individual. The shop has an amazing range of supplements for everyone and such a big range you'll never get board of the flavours!

Wow - Couldn't recommend this shop enough to anyone into or looking to get into fitness/learn more about what they should be taking for their goals. Extremely knowledgeable, goes into full detail asking what your goals are... what's your position in now and then recommends best course of action for you, does not force sales but only advises you what he recommends... cannot speak too much about the products as I've only just found this place but so far I'm impressed would definitely recommend...

Was met by Arthur, whos just a genuinely nice bloke and more than happy to help with any questions or queries. His knowledge about the products he's selling is second to none and will always have quality advice on what you should be taking to best help you reach your fitness goals. On turning up at the shop I met Arthur and he made me feel very welcome.

Been using these two products for a while now, under the advice of Artur at the shop, Blood and guts pre workout isn't the most expensive in the shop but it gives great pumps, and amazing energy levels, this is coming from someone who used to use the old school ultimate orange, if you know you know. Secondly Whey protein complex great quality protein super tasty, if you buy cheap protein like my protein you are cheating your body with an inferior product, yes its cheap but that is for reason.

Been driving past this shop for years and just got back into training so thought I'd pop in. Really good products at amazing prices and amazing knowledge and understanding from the owner Arthur TOP GUY deffo be back there in a month for more support and supplies THANK YOU for your help 👍🏻
