Wow wow wow! There aren’t enough superlatives to describe my experience.

It started with Lee who sat with me for hours to discuss my design. I knew what I wanted and wasn’t going to be swayed and he delivered EXACTLY what I wanted plus more. Nothing was too much. He was always at the end of the phone when I needed a question answered and was so helpful and professional.

Then fitting day came and Darren and Dan fitted my kitchen. What lovely gentlemen. Darren introduced themselves to me and kept me in the loop asking where I wanted things. It was built in 3 days and no mess left. They were no trouble at all.

The whole process was a complete dream. If only my extension had been half as easy it would have been a breeze!!!

I’ve never had a new kitchen (only inherited them when I’ve moved house) so I was worried about the whole process and being rail roared into things I didn’t need but if anything I was talked out of things I didn’t need and shown things that would work better for me. That shows a great company that puts its customer 1st and it’s not about making a profit and greed!

I love cooking and so I’ll spending most my time in this room. I just love it. I know it’s a “marmite” kitchen (as in you will either love the pink or hate it) but my husband said on paper he wouldn’t have let me have it but he loves it and it’s so beautifully made and put together he couldn’t not.

So if you are wondering where to go for s kitchen, wardrobes or study furniture then I honestly cannot recommend them more. They won’t rip you off like some of the bigger companies did when I went for a quote and were clearly after hitting bonuses, and you get the personal touch which you can’t beat.

Currently they have a promotion on so you can get your furniture for less!

You’d be mad to not use them!!!

We have used AK to supply & fit two of our kitchens over the years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family, friends or colleagues.

I have always been impressed with the customer service that we received on both occasions, and I particularly like that the company is a local, family-run business.

We've had AK do our kitchen and fitted furniture in our conservatory. On each occasion, we have found them to excellent. Customer service before, during and after the installation was excellent. The standard of work is great, and we'd definitely use AK again.

11 years ago, AK Kitchens installed a kitchen for us, dealing with everything from start to finish with friendly and professional staff. We recently managed to detach one of the wall cabinets, which was destroyed in the process. Going back to AK kitchens with the intent on purchasing a replacement, you can imagine our surprise when Dan (the manager) kindly replaced the wall cabinet free of charge!
Considering the length of time, this was kindness above and beyond our expectations. To all at AK Kitchens, we can’t thank you enough for all that you have done for us.

AK as a company has got a long history of designing and fitting kitchens. Dan the owner is excellent and I believe took the business over from his father. There's a 40 year long experience in that field and it shows! Dan designed our kitchen and then we sat down and he went through every thing in detail, from cost to the last screw. He's got some amazing workers working for him, professional, punctual and Nigel has been with AK for 40 years! He knows the industry inside out and as a 'picky' customer it makes a lot of difference. Nigel delivers-no issue is a real issue. great guy. E-mails, calls, text messages always answered promptly. Build quality is of extremely high standard, finishing is done with great finesse. We've got an amazing kitchen and they also did all the building work as well which is impressive in itself. So thank you Dan, Paul, Nigel and the rest of team at AK. Thank you to Dean the builder as well. Would highly recommend AK, really would. Don and family.

From the planning process to job completion the experienced and friendly team at AK kitchens were masterful. They installed a new kitchen and had access to our house whilst we were away. They did a fantastic job and we returned home with great excitement not to be disappointed. Our top quality British made kitchen was even better than we imagined. Thanks again guys! My 85 year old mother decided she wanted a new kitchen! A K Kitchens supplied her previous kitchen many years ago. As the quality of the kitchen stood the test of time, I too had A K Kitchens to fit my kitchen 3 years ago, so there was only one company for the job! They have not disappointed. Dan came round and had a cuppa with mum to see what she would like in her new kitchen. She has had a completely new design, and she loves it. The fitters that came round were friendly and professional and made the whole experience stress free for mum. The workmanship is second to none and the units are British made. Thank you for doing such a good job.

My wife chose Ak for our new kitchen as she wanted a complete service and that is exactly what we got from start to finish. Dan's design was amazing he listened carefully to what we wanted and in particular our budget and came up with a design that made the absolute best use of the space. Once they started it all happened very quickly and efficiently there were a few minor hitches as you might expect but the benefit of using a bespoke kitchen company was that you just rang Paul or John in the office and it got sorted! All the tradesmen were excellent gas man, plasterer floor layer etc but a big shout out to our fitter Aaron who was just brilliant. He was professional polite and hard working he always went the extra mile for us. For example the day he was finishing he saw a hand held vacuum on a cupboard floor and wall mounted it for us just because he saw it needed doing. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of his work. Our kitchen is stunning and we would have AK back into our home in a flash I can't speak highly enough of them thank you Dan Aaron and the Team.

I have recently completed the design stage of a new kitchen with Neil at AKFI and now await installation.

The design service has been exceptionally professional and the choice of kitchen and options available with AKFI are excellent.

All the way through Neil was accommodating to the changes we needed and the provision of detailed plans and visual graphics throughout were first class.

I am looking forward to the delivery and installation in a month or two.

I have been so impressed with the standard of service and craftsmanship I’ve received from AK. Our beautiful new kitchen island perfectly matches our existing kitchen and was fitted with ease by the lovely kitchen fitters. All contact with the company has been efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.

The kitchen to the maisonette we'd recently bought was in need of a total overhaul. Being limited with the space to work with was not a problem for James Robson, our AK designer. Having seen what he had to work with and listening to our wants, his design plan was a revelation. Suggesting 'amendments' to our wants was no problem for us, as they only proved to enhance the finish product in a way we wouldn't have dreamed of. Once the decision was made to proceed with the contract, the company were always on hand to advise us at to what stage we were prior to fitting. The fitting started on time and we couldn't praise AK's staff enough, from the guys ripping out the old kitchen to the ones fitting the new one; the plumber, the electrician, the plasterer, all can only be said to be a credit to the company. We arranged the tiling ourselves but used a guy AK recommended and oh how pleased we were. His work just finished it off. The whole process wasn't cheap ... but quality doesn't come cheap. And we now have a kitchen we love and AK can be proud of fitting.

Last week I had an accident, in which I unfortunately pulled the unit off the wall in the utility area!
It’s been 11 years since Ak installed our kitchen, so you can imagine our surprise when not only were they able to replace the unit, they even supplied it free of charge.
Apart from my recent accident, our kitchen still looks like new; we still love it.
Thank you Dan, for sorting out our problem. You certainly went above and beyond with your after sales service. We really appreciate all that you’ve done for us.
