Fantastic service. Had a couple of small issues covered by warranty on my car. The warranty wasnt taken out with forge. But they were more than happy to help. And sorted everything out for me. I’ll be booking all my future servicing with forge for sure. Personal thanks to James too who sorted it all out for me. 👍🏻

Following initial misunderstanding over communication, the work was carried out exactly as requested & to a high standard.
They kept me well informed whilst work was carried out giving me an opportunity how best to proceed. Will be back.

Visited today following an intermittent fault with my vehicle. They found fault code and gave me advice. Person who I dealt with was very helpful, even happy to have my dogs in the van whilst it was checked. I would definitely recommend them.

Superb service from Forge Garage. I had a flat tire 2 miles away and the car couldn’t make it to the garage. They drove out to me, checked it, brought equipment to remove the wheel, drove back to their premises to fit the tire and brought it back to me again. Couldn’t have asked for more.

What can I say, the yellow oil light popped up on our Audi whilst on holiday in the area, and after recommendation we popped into Forge showroom and asked for assistance. We were greeted by a very friendly owner and offered coffee whilst we wait for the mechanic to return from lunch, we had a friendly chat and the Oil problem sorted. Very reasonably priced and fabulous customer service. Many thanks Forge for a great experience.

Really friendly and quick service, replaced my tyre in 20 mins and cleaned my car too! :) staff were really friendly and offered us drinks while we waited, customer service here really is top notch and my tyre is like new again! Nothing was too much trouble for these guys when I pulled in on the off chance to ask if they had a spare lid to my master brake reservoir. They even put my car on the ramp and retrieved the lid I had dropped earlier... No charge

Visited the NISA shop here. Brand new business well laid out. Very handy to stop here as it is easy to park. Don't think there's a toilet there. I shopped here for the first time after I failed to find somewhere to park in Aberearon.

We got there on sunday and they had closed for the day. However, the staff still had time to talk with us about a few vehicles. Very hospitable and some very nice cars 🚗 👌

We had a problem with the tyre pressure and the warning on the display. They checked it immediately and charged nothing for it!

Staff were fantastic. We turned up in a battered Peugeot 406 with a brake issue. Paul the Service manager, was reassuring and professional and we were immediately greeted with the hospitality of a coffee from the I.T. lady, At no point did we feel uncomfortable because we weren't driving an Audi or a V.W. or a more luxurious vehicle. It would not matter whether you were a millionaire or turned up looking like a tramp because the duty of care shown by everybody was superb. We even had a lift to and from our holiday accomodation by one of the garage's owner's, Adrian. Because of everybody at Forge Garage day one of our Wales roadtrip was fantastic. We were treated as if we were family so a massive thank you to you all.
