Europcar Worcester

I had a very positive experience dealing with Europcar Worcester. The customer service was very good and the transaction was smooth and easy. The car provided was clean enough and functional. I would definitely use them again.

Service was brilliant. Fast and friendly. My only complaint is the unreasonable time it takes for the deposit to be returned. I work in IT for Banks and there is no reasonable excuse for it not to be returned the same day as the vehicle.

We used Europcar Worcester on our visitt to UK in June, and must say the experience was much above what we expected! The customer service was excellent and we received an excellent car! We absolutely recommend Europcar Worcester and will certainly use them again for our car hire on our next visit to the area. Grateful regards 💫

The fellas (Andrew) at the Worcester branch were incredibly helpful and diligent. We had an unexpected mechanical issue with our car and after waiting 3 hours for RAC it still didn’t look like they were on their way any time soon. We decided to risk driving to the nearest branch at Worcester to complete a change over. They didn’t have any cars immediately to hand but he was able to work his magic to get us back on the road again an hour later. Thank you Andrew for your excellent customer service. We’re very grateful.

Our only wish was that the Europcar call centre was as diligent and helpful as you!

I cannot express how amazing the service and team are here. They looked after me for almost a whole year of renting through them whilst I waited for my company car.
I was never left without a vehicle, The car were always clean and worked perfectly.

Excellent service. Car lovely and clean

Ordered a hire car (through my workplace), car was delivered to my home the day before, was clean, in good working order etc. And picked up following day. They didn't have any compact manual vehicles (which I ordered) so they called me to check if I was okay with an automatic saloon - an upgrade for the same price. Very impressed with their services so far
