Excellent service, the size I'd ordered of a logo's jumper was too big for my daughter but they didn't have stock of the smaller size when I went into the shop. Rather than make me come back another day to collect the correct size, they managed to do the embroidery while we waited.

It's always easily my go to, to get what I need for my son's school uniform.
I've been coming here for years.
Ordering online is a bit of a faff, but once found, it's easy.
You'll find friendly, helpful staff.
Great prices for everything we have to buy.
If they don't have it in stock, they order it, and they'll say when it's ready for collection.

Highly recommend Orchard the manager went out of his way to help with PE kit after being let down and laughed at by another uniform shop, will definitely be using orchard in future and they are even a little bit cheaper so that’s an added bonus

Very efficient service, their Covid measures have actually improved the speed and ease of shopping for uniform here. We went for a whole new starter uniform, assistant was appropriately chatty, very efficient and the whole thing was done very quickly and relatively painlessly until the bill lol

Orchard Clothing have provided us with workwear for a number of years now, we generally have polo t-shirts, normal t-shirts, fleeces and hoodies, the ordering couldn't be simpler, from samples being delivered and being able to choose the sizes at the office, through to those being picked up and an order taken and then taking delivery of our new uniforms. Richard and Vicki always go above and beyond to help us and have always delivered exactly what we need. Thank you!!!

Popped into Orchard after a few embroidered and printed polo shirts. Given that I only had a rough idea as to what I wanted the embroidery to look like, Ray took the time, (even though they are swamped with the school uniform runs) to sit down with us and talk through some ideas. Eventually we left it with him and three days later ha came back to us with a brilliant design encapsulating everything we wanted and looking better than we than any of the ideas we had put together. The end results are fantastic and we are very gratefully for the time you and your team spent on this for us. We appreciate it may not be the usual way of doing things but you are all stars in our eyes. Great service. Fantastic product and a brilliant price. If you're looking for fast entertainment low price alcohol and a 3 course meal then this place is terrible. But if you're looking to buy new school clothes for your kids then really this is the only place in Redditch to go. If they don't have it in stock they will order it for you. Just don't leave everything till the last week before school to order as your child might be going to school in last year's clothes. I swear this didn't happen to me.

As we all know school uniform shopping can be hugely stressful, our experience this morning was stress free. The ladies in store today were very helpful. Thank you all :-)
