B&Q Redditch

I suffer from an invisible disability but when I visited the store one of the staff a young lady by the name of Maisy noticed that I was having a little difficulty and came to my assistance.
She was polite kind professional empathetic cheerful and happy and is an absolute credit to the company.
I asked her permission to take a picture and leave a review her happy smiling face said it all.
Good luck to the company, this branch and this young lady in her future career.

Typical B+Q --a large well lit clean store the staff busy stocking shelves but always approachable for information--there is plenty of parking ideally next to an Asda store so whilst getting bits for the house or garden of which there's a variety paints tools lighting wall paper in fact you think of it they seem to stock it even for your garden and this is another store angling on self service at the cash out-- as there was only one staff member serving at the time of my visit about 1:30pm on a tuesday--and then into ASDA for your food next door -- yes I found it a better laid out store than some of their other ones👍

Went in for a drill, and came out with laminate flooring and paint 🤣. Needed help with both and everyone was brilliant. Great honest advice. Felt like I met the whole team, shout out to Stoo, Simon, and Gary.

Received exceptional customer service today from a member of staff called Vince. He cut some wood for our home bar and offered some helpful suggestions for trim. A really decent chap. He is a credit to the store. Good old fashioned service.

In store staff were very helpful in assisting me to get a corrugated sheet to fit a garden hoop to make a long garden cloche for my veg plot. Staff so cheery and really helpful

I traveled all they way down from Warrington to collect a kitchen cabinet door because delivery of the item would be in June! Great service and friendly staff!

Took my parents to go and look at kitchens as they need a new one and staff were really helpful, answered all the questions they had and were able to put a design together quickly and easily. Made the whole process stress free for my parents which means it was also stress free for me 😊. Would recommend them!

Good,bit confusing at first, but well signed but bit high, they need to be lower,but staff have great knowledge of there store, got everything I needed, pleasant atmosphere and great staff.

Once again, the staff at the paint matching station were so helpful and friendly. They helped us get the exact colours we needed to cover up marks on the wall. I think it was Shirley who helped us the most (I'm so sorry if I got your name wrong). She was happy to chat with us and seemed genuinely made up for us when we said we had just bought our own place. It's thanks to her we keep going back to the store!

We purchased a kitchen through Sheila who was extremely helpful. She even stayed past her shift to ensure she completed our order. I can not speak highly enough with regards to the customer service we received. Thank you Sheila!

Very helpful staff. My husband had a query about a client order and the kitchen desk and trade point team were friendly and solved the query. Garden centre is reasonably priced.

Redditch B&Q has helped me out a few times of late!! I'm a landscape gardener and since covid a lot of things have been hard to get hold of!! This store has been well stocked and one of the bigger ones so they have a good range. The trolley's were pre cleaned with a member of staff outside to manage this👍 The staff are friendly and helpful. 🤓

Called in just a few minutes before closing time for some materials I needed to finish a job the next day, staff were still really happy to help, the young lady on check out was happy to assist and find my trade point details, good job thank you.
