What a great little company they are. Last few years they have helped out with little jobs I’ve needed doing to various things when I haven’t had the time to do them myself or the know how. Always jobs I need doing last minute and they are happy to oblige. Last 2 weeks they have done two jobs for me at last minute notice and done them not only fast but also at a very fair price. I strongly recommend these people to anyone.

Cannot fault the service provided. Been using since last October after purchasing my first bike. So far used them for a full service, puncture repairs, chain adjustments etc. Always been a fast, reliable and very affordable service. Great, helpful staff both face to face and over the phone. Recently had a puncture to which Dom and co stayed late one evening to help me get back on the road (couldnt be more thankful for this). Highly recommend and will continue using this garage for all my future biking needs!

After changing the battery my BMW F800GT decided to immobilise itself and tell me it had an EWS fault. Beyond my skill set so time to call the Ateam. I had heard lots of +VE stuff about Wood so I called up. My experience was excellent. Dom came out to recover my bike, identified the fault, sourced the necessary BMW part solved the issue and delivered it back to me in three days!! All the more impressive as I asked him to MOT it and fit a hugger too.
All done with kindness and courtesy keeping me informed by text all the way and without breaking the bank.
I will never go anywhere else again.

After waiting many weeks longer than promised with another garage to fix my brakes on the GSXR 750, these chaps at woods got the brakes and many other minor issues sorted within 3 days!!! And the bike would've been available sooner if I'd needed it.

The level of attention to detail and care is unrivalled, I would never go anywhere else now, and as much as I'm hoping I don't need to, I'm looking forward to my next experience with the friendly guys over at Woods.

Called to get my KTM Duke 790 rear tyre replaced as it was squaring off.
As this was my first tyre change on a motorbike and not entirely sure what to get and what the process was, I spoke to the one of the owners and they could not have been more helpful!
Got me a fantastic price on a Bridgestone S21, compared to what I was being charged elsewhere, they were circa £50 cheaper.
Took the bike in, and had a great chat with both the owners who were extremely accomodating and knowledgable.
Highly recommend popping by for a quote etc on anywork as the diligence paid to my bike for just a tyre swap was second to none.
Thanks a lot both for your time and work, I will see you again after this biking season is done for another I am sure.

Absolutely delighted with the work carried out on my 48 year old XS650, it's now running like a dream and pulling like a train. Very happy with price for the amount of work carried out. Everyone at Wood of Worcester have been a pleasure to deal with and I feel they were personally invested in making my bike as good as it could be.

Cannot express our appreciation enough with Wood of Worcester Motorcycles. Had a side stand problem on my Sportster and finding them on Google maps and looking at the reviews we decided to backtrack and go to them to see if they can help. Very warm welcome from the start and without hesitation said they would help and sent us to the nearest costa and within half an hour they called and bike ready and after a good laugh we were on our way again to ride the hills of Wales. Many thanks to ‘Our New Friends’ 😀

Sent my triumph trophy in with a gear box problem..Dom and ths team sorted what was a tricky job added to that a new fuel tap and coil were fitted

I had new tyres fitted to my VStrom a few month's back and was offered excellent advice and a choice of tyres to choose from. I returned today to have my bike serviced. These people are so freindly, know their stuff and offer a great service. Highly recommend. I'll be back next year for my next service 👍

RSV4 RF 2015 APRILIA.

Woods of Worcester will endeavour to fix any issue that comes your way.

I had my Valves checked on my RSV4, something I trust them with.
Air filter and Spark Plugs replaced in the Major service too.

The experience in that Workshop, work ethic and customer service especially you will not find anywhere else.

You will find yourself in a family environment with friendly staff always willing to help and go far beyond any service you will find anywhere else.

They ordered one off Jubilee clips for my throttle body Manifold because the 1 use ones are unworkable to get on when re-assembling.

Also, upon inspection of my injectors (lower) one had been bodged together from whoever owned the bike before and therefore needed replacing.

Trying to get an injector from a 7 year old Aprilia proved to be a task in itself but what they did without me having to ask was immediately drive to Bristol out of their time and money to get the part.

Unfortunately FOWLERS BRISTOL are utterly useless and gave them the wrong injector - even though fowlers is a main Piaggio group supplier.

This obviously failed so was sent back then we tried the ebay option which also failed and was mis-sold.

In the end they found the correct injector with flow rate for my lower injector rail from Webcon.

If Fowlers had sent the correct part in the first place I would have been on the road within 2 days.

What I’m trying to get across is in the midst of uncertainty with my bike they were doing everything possible to get my bike back as fast as possible.

If they find a problem they will fix it and communicate this with urgency and understanding.

The only negative review on here seems to be from someone who had lost patience and it was to do with their supply chain issues from none other than FOWLERS BRISTOL.

If you read Paul Shaw’s review you will see Wood’s reply, their invitation to talk and understand the problem and also their generosity in giving the tools needed to continue free of charge.

That review does not reflect Woods of Worcester’s work ethic and professionalism.

I will most certainly be going back to Woods to have another set of tires put on in less than 2000 miles because the V4 eats them.

If you want something rudimentary or complex doing to your bike, Tire changes, Valves and or Restorations call or go down there and speak to them.

I have personally seen the work they put into classic bikes completely restoring an original Triumph Trident to all its glory.

I was alittle apprehensive using an independent as i've always used main dealerships, however, after seeing all the positive reviews i decided to give Woods a try AND I'M GLAD I DID! My Street Triple feels great after a service and and my wallet is happy with their prices! I understand visiting the stealerships if you're still in warranty but if not, these guys are the people to call.

What an amazing job! 1st class service great friendly staff, very knowledgeable about scooters my first visit and certainly wont be the last. Speedy work and kept me informed the whole way through my scooters service. Fantastic value for money and would highly recommend. Thank you so much also to you all for cleaning "twinkle" so beautifully.

I’ve just had a 10000 mile service on my Triumph Tiger 1200. Absolutely brilliant customer service and will be recommending my friends to take their bikes to them. Naturally I was concerned when I stepped away from Triumph for the service as they were horrendously expensive. Woods of Worcester were superb.
To all motorcyclists, please consider taking it to them. Highly recommended!

Expect nothing less than an amazing service. Dom, Mary and the team will always go above and beyond to get you back on the road as soon as possible. They would not do work unnecessarily and saved me £££ when I had t booked in for work I didn't actually need! That just goes to show how an honest, trusting and reliable garage they are! I'm ever so grateful for the work and time they have set aside for me, even if it means hanging around over an hour after there closing time for me to be able to travel back to collect my bike! Thanks guys!

The guys at the garage are brilliant. I brought my lovely Tempest from them. They have been there every step of the way when I have needed them. Mechanics really know there stuff and can’t fault them. They have a lot of patience as well and always up for a chat and a laugh. This garage/dealership is a must use. I’m telling you Chinese bikes are the way forward!!!

I rang up on the day on the off chance they could supply and fit new tyre to my Triumph Sprint. I was in and new tyres fitted really quickly.
All the staff were lovely and clearly knowledgeable about all things bike!!
First time that I've visited but I will definitely be back. First class.

Where to begin,

I think the best way to describe Wood of Worcester is they are mechanic’s second, first and foremost they are a group of friendly people, passionate about motorcycles and keen to do all they can to help.

For example, while my bike was undergoing an engine rebuild, I dropped by occasionally to check on progress, they were always keen to invite me in, talk at length and show me bits of my motorbike I didn’t even know existed.

They are far more interested in imparting their expertise and knowledge than they are about money. Now that is priceless. While I am sure they would rather not see me or my motorbike for a while after the headaches it provided, they will always have a loyal customer in myself.

Just had my Bonnie in after it’s sat still under a cover for a year+! It ran rough before, following a number of mods but post service, MOT and tinker it’s running amazing 👍 great communication all the way and a fantastic job done. Social distancing observed for pickup and drop off at all times. Can’t wait for lockdown to end to ride it now! 🏍
