This place is great. There was a young man working here that took ownership of the place. He made sure things moved a long smoothly and offered great service.

Coffee was great. I had a decaf latte with coconut milk. The design is gorgeous.
They have food too. Some gluten free options. My husband and I were saying the young man they helped us should open a restaurant. Maybe he is the owner

Had lunch today. Great food and drink options. Great cakes. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere.
Been back to GoodRoots many times now. Pleased to say not disappointed,

The Italian eggs Benedict was really tasty. I swapped out the muffin for sourdough toast and it really hit the spot.

The buttermilk fried chicken on waffles was nice, needy more maple syrup, which the staff provided for us when we asked.

Drinks wise, the hot chocolate was lovely and smooth and the latté was the right blend of coffee and milk.

Never a disappointment brunching here. Delicious Italian Eggs Benedict and a very tasty coffee. Lovely decor and the staff who served me were quick and very efficient. I was put up the quiet end where people go to drink coffee with their laptops, which isn't so good for people watching, but never mind. The eggs more than made up for it.

Excellent cafe with a good menu situated in the old Royal Worcester factory near the museum. Great atmosphere, plenty of room, but still has a cosy feel. Large pay & display car park not far away. Not the cheapest but would recommend. Will visit again.

Drove down from Birmingham to visit this place and it was fantastic. Lovely atmosphere, nice decor, very busy. We really enjoyed the food and will definitely visit again.

We were meeting family for a pre-Christmas get-together, and Worcester was a convenient halfway point.
With a quick Google search, this popped up and looked interesting enough to give them a try.
There's a great Persian vibe with some of the food choices on the menu, which we all enjoyed. I chose the Lebanese chicken, which was excellent, with a clean, fresh taste.
There's something for everyone on their menu, which caters to a wide range of tastes.
And judging by how popular it seemed whilst we were there, it appeared to attract a faithful following from its regulars!
Don't dally, get in quick, this is a great place to meet friends and enjoy a lovely lunch together.

Lovely place and staff. Four of us had different plates of food. One of us had an item changed for something else, and two of us had extras. Expect about a ten minute wait as it's all cooked to order. Food came exactly as ordered, hot and was delicious. Good choice of hot and cold drinks too. Small wait for our bill. Will definitely be back. 😀

Great place, excellent food, friendly staff. Yes it gets busy and food could be a little quicker, if you want that kind of stuff go to Macdonalds 😳😂. We have never have bad service or poor food. We meet the grandchildren and have family breakfasts there, so love the fabulous variety that the menu offers. Also, great coffee with every taste catered for. Thanks to everyone who makes the place so special. 👌🏻

Good people, good vibes, good breakfast and definitely good coffee. Genuinely wouldn’t pick anywhere else in Worcester over Good Roots. All staff are always great and very welcoming, would reccomend to anyone.

Blink and you'll miss it in the back streets of Worcester but what an incredible place. Deceivingly big inside. A modern urban look. The food was amazing with some quirky combinations and friendly polite staff. Well worth a visit.

Popped in for brunch. We hadn't booked so just hoped on the off chance we'd be able to get a table. Luckily we managed to get one and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We were given an estimated wait time on food before we were seated which managed our expectations well. The menu has a great mix of options and the coffee was delicious. When we left there was a fairly long queue so I'd definitely try to prebook next time (if that's an option). Look forward to our next visit!

Came with my younger sibling who is in a wheelchair, very accessible and the staff were excellent in making enough space at the table. Food was brilliant, probably the only time I've ever left a trendy cafe and felt like I was ripping them off!

Just dropped in for a pitstop with friends. We had a warm welcome and the cakes looked fantastic, well worth investigating next time. We sat outside but the interior is pretty cool with some great lights and comfy vibe. The flat white coffee I had was perfect and I'll definitely visit again to try some food.

Great place. Good food and service. (Poor acoustics though made worse by booming background music which they could just turn off when it’s busy)

My husband and I had breakfast there with our little dog. The food was delicious and you can order a dog’s breakfast too which was perfect. The service was efficient.
