I love the Sanctuary at Holloways! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I get a pot of tea and biscuits while I'm having my hair done and every time I love the results. Lauren is fab 😍

Attended today with my sister and mum for treatments and a pamper before my sisters wedding! The whole team were incredible and really made it a special and relaxing day for us all!! We had a variety of treatments done and were so impressed with the quality of them all, they really are perfectionists with such an eye for detail! Thank you all so much again!

Post menopause my facial hair grew and thickened into a highly visible fuzz, which I hated. I’ve never had a facial treatment before but after taking advice from the owner Carrie, I decided to have the Dermaplaning treatment at the Sanctuary. Kelly is both lovely, and highly skilled, her experience really shows. The results were WOW! A very relaxing hour being pampered with the treatment (painless) followed by a head, neck and shoulder massage (sublime). Highly recommended, and I’m a very happy customer!

Absolutely love The Sanctuary and Lauren is so lovely. She listens carefully to how I want my hair and I was really happy with it. It's taken me a long time to find a salon I feel relaxed in, but this is it! Relaxing setting, kind women and lovely atmosphere. Thank you for putting me at ease and making me feel better 😌

I have been going to the Sanctuary for my curly cut with Shauna for about a year now and I always look forward to my next appointment. Shauna completely understands what’s needed to cut and style my curls. Everybody is super friendly and welcoming and Shauna goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Lovely visit to the salon, its such a relaxing, peaceful setting and they do a great complimentary latte. As always, I was really pleased with my hair. Lauren is great at interrupting what I want and giving great advice on how to style my curly hair, which I'm newly embracing.

I really can’t recommend The Sanctuary enough! I’ve had so many different types of treatments there from Pedicures & Manicures, to Waxing, and getting my hair done. It’s pure luxury, with high end products used. The staff are fabulous, so kind and caring - I really do see them all as friends now.
I also had my bridal hair done with Lauren - she did such a beautiful job and is truly talented. Can’t wait to return 😊

After being really dissatisfied with a manicure from a different business, Shauna made my nails look and feel 100% better. Shauna is both personable and professional, offering expert advice as to how best to look after my nails.

As always, such a lovely time at The Sanctuary. My mum and I went for manicures and pedicures and had a wonderful, relaxing morning. The ladies at The Sanctuary are so friendly and welcoming whilst providing a very high-quality service. We have visited several times before and always love going. Beautiful surroundings and great to be at the lovely Holloway’s for shopping and lunch afterwards. Highly recommended!

Great visit to the Sanctuary this morning for a cut and blow dry with the lovely Lauren, plus tea and muffin, What's not to like? There was a lovely calm atmosphere in the salon, very relaxing.

I visited for my first curly cut and found Shauna knowledgeable and happy to share techniques to maintain the curls. Will definitely be booking again once I can assess when I next need a cut.

Shauna and Kelly have been absolutely fabulous helping me to chill out and look after my skin and hair before my wedding! They are very good at putting you at ease even if you're terrible at relaxing like me!

Went to see the curly hair specialist for a treatment and curl cut, fantastic results! My hair is light, bouncy and perfect shape for my curls - the cut has lasted ages. Would defo recommend.

I have been going to Carrie and her team for years. The atmosphere in salon is relaxed, friendly and fun and the service they provide is second to none. Even though I have a 30-40 minute drive to get there I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Perfection.

Amazing hair and beauty salon in such a lovely location. I was even able to have a spot of lunch.
This was perfect for me because I really needed the time out. If I could give The Sanctuary 6 stars I would!

The Sanctuary is such a lovely place. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the atmosphere is tranquil, the treatments are a real cut above. As it's contained within the Holloways site, parking is free and plentiful and there's a cafe for post-treatment coffee or lunch. Excellent pedicure with Kelly today, already booked the next one.

I am thrilled with how Lauren transformed my curly frizzy dry mane into a glorious shiny head of hair. A lovely relaxing experience in a fabulous setting. Changing hairdressers is always slightly nerve racking but Lauren has proved along with all the other lovely ladies that work The Sanctuary that I definitely made the right decision to take the plunge & how glad am I to find the star that Lauren is ⭐
