The Artful Dodger cafe

This was always a favourite place for us to go to for breakfast. So sorry they closed down.
Now reopened with a new owner. They have kept the same menu and I am glad to say that it is still as good as it always has been.
A must for a great value for money breakfast.

Under the current circumstances its sometimes hard to find a decent takeaway cafe but have to say this is a decent breakfast which didn't last long,staff extremely friendly and will be definitely going again.

Great little cafe, great food nice friendly at a sphere, value for money, deff recommend it for a breakfast, more than satisfied all round, give it a try, you won't be disappointed! I will be going back again very soon

Have been going here for lunches with my family for over 15 years. Its always been fantastic and remains a very much loved cafe, holds a special place when you used to be able to have breakfast and then pop into Avons sweet shop next door. The food in The Artful is always fantastic and exceptional value with quality. Would definitely recommend higher than I am able to! Please stay for another 15 years so the next generation can benefit too.

Fantastic breakfast at a great price. Fast and friendly service. Good portion sizes, quality ingredients all cooked perfectly. Top Tips: park in the Lidl supermarket across the road for free (90 mins). Beware it’s cash only and no toilets so prepare yourself beforehand!

Amazing value for money, you honestly couldn't make it cheaper yourself! Fantastic breakfasts, everything is freshly cooked, and the staff are very friendly. It gets busy, so you may find yourself sharing a table, but that adds to the fun!

Really nice food, well cooked and presented. Amazing prices, £3 for a breakfast, 60p for toast. nice clean little place with friendly staff. only drawbacks is it's a bit small and obviously very popular so get there early. Also it would be nice if there was a mammoth breakfast available, 2x of everything for us with big appetites. They could make that you could go mammoth of any of the set breakfasts, double the food & double the price, I'd pay £6 for one of those. 😁

100% best cafe in Burnham-on-Sea IMO. The prices haven't changed for years. Not much these days seems affordable or good value for money but if you fancy a breakfast that is, good quality and tasty. Doesn't get much better than this.

A brilliant Oliver themed cafe hidden within Burnham on Sea. Cheap prices and great food mean we keep on going back!
£4 for bacon, 2 sausage, fried bread, fried egg, hash brown, mushrooms, beans and sauteed potatoes. Decent.

Come here every Sunday for a fry up, even if no tables are available you're only looking at a 10 minute wait maximum. Food is always great (opt for the side of toast for max tastiness) Great prices for great food and a quirky cafe atmosphere

We always come her on snow days and the breakfasts never disappoint! Great service and a homely atmosphere. Prices are reasonable too. What more can you ask?

After 30 years providing wonderful, hearty breakfasts, the Artful Dodger closed its doors for the last time.
Myself and a friend, were the last two customers to be served and we wish all the team a happy future ...we've thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the Cafes history for the last 12 years on a number of caravanning holidays to Burnham..
