Called by for evening meal, on a weekday evening. Bar was fairly quiet, with a mix of locals and tourists. Friendly bar staff. We both ordered burger and chips. Service was prompt, it was a good burger, with plenty of cheese and bacon on top, in a nice bread roll. Chips were homemade and good for scooping up the tomato relish and served with a dressed salad.
Good sized portions.

Wonderful place. Nice fireplace. Young and old get together. Good food and drinks. This is what an inn should be like. Feel at home, walk around and order at the bar. Chris is a great guy.

Stayed next door at The Clock House, and had dinner, both nights at The Lobster Pot Inn. Curry, fish & chips and lasagna. All meals were tasty and filling. Good ales and beer. Thank you 🙏

A lovely village Inn. Friendly staff and local clientele, very dog friendly, and a really relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a delicious evening meal. Generous portions so far too full for dessert.

Pub wears its heart on its sleeve. Friendly place and nice staff. Not pretending to be anything it isn’t. The food was just what we needed after tabbing about the area for the morning; honest pub grub, and a couple of cold pints. They even threw a sausage in for the dog. Its one of those places where if you had a bad time you probably brought that in the door with you.

Ok middle England. Time for education. If you like the Spoons, demand instant service that panders to your every whim, has crazy corporate endorsed fashionable tat hanging everywhere, then stay home. If however, you understand the nature of the ‘public house’, and lament its passing in the current economic climate, then this is the place for you!

Alan and Sophia deliver first class to every punter through the door, be that local or tourist. The only thing warmer than the welcome is the roaring fire. Everyone here epitomises tight knit village spirit and they bring all into the fold.

Food - Straight forward menu that gives a nice mix of classic pub food, freshly prepared to order. Vegans and veggies, you’re covered too.

Drinks - Great mix of real ales, lagers, etc. The Gin line up is pretty good too! Reasonable prices given the remote location.

I can’t comment on the accommodation as we stayed at the nearby campsite, but truth is, we were in here every day of our 9 day holiday and there seemed to be plenty of happy people passing through.

In summary, the ‘Pot is a fantastic example of a sincere, warm, welcoming local pub. The staff work absolute wonders and bend over backwards to make your visit a memorable one.

Don’t just pass through, take part!

Rooms were very clean. Nice touches with the toiletries and water - it felt very welcoming. Good pub food on site. Friendly service. Small car park outside (we had no problems parking).

We stayed here prior to a trip to Skomer. The only problem we had was that we needed to leave at 8am and that's when breakfast starts, but the owner kindly delivered a selection of cereals and chilled milk to outside our door at 7.30am.

I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

We went for a meal here. Food was very tasty and good value. The children's food came out and was perfect for our 1 year old. They even brought out his own tiny cutlery set which made him very happy. Will be going again.

The beer garden is huge and opens out across a large well kept lawn which sits above a shaded area and the outside flagstone area, all of which have large, well-maintained tables. There is a log fire with sofas and armchairs inside as well as a separate dining room. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the wait for food isn't long. Book a table during summer though to avoid disappointment.

We stopped on our walk from St Brides to Marloes and back. We all had the prawn sandwiches and drinks and omg they were lush and best for us they are dog friendly. Hopefully pop in again on our next visit. They were short staffed but the food came nearly straight away and they were pleasant staff.

Good food and a nice place to eat. Comfy chairs to sit by log burner. Staff helpful and accommodated our ‘special food request’ and did not have to wait long for food - our party had scampi and burger , good portions and all cooked lovely. We will be back again.

We were visiting family at the nearby Foxdale Guest House and came here on Saturday 19th June for a get together meal before we left.

Brilliant service from the bar staff and table staff. Most definitely pub grub but the food was hot and tasty!! The free glass of wine was a nice gesture from the bar person as we'd spent way too much money ha ha.

Would definitely come here again if visiting. Well worth a visit if you're in the area!
