This is the best gym ever!!! It has helped me to overcome my hatred for running and this time last year I wouldn’t even consider running 1k.. now I am training to do my second Hyrox comp & a half marathon! 🥹..
All the members are lovely, supportive and welcoming. The coaches are super friendly very helpful, knowledgeable, motivating and always push you to get that personal best 👌🏽

Urban Reform is the best! It’s honestly changed my life. I’ve gone from just joining to see what it’s all about and get fit to falling in love with Hyrox and competing; they’ve made my fitness and running come on so much in such a short space of time!!!! The coaches are incredible. Always so upbeat, positive and only ever want you to succeed. The atmosphere training at Urban Reform is amazing and look forward to my sessions each week: 1) to get a kick out of training hard, but 2) to spend time with the girlies.

Love the community that this gym has built! Sick city centre hyrox affiliated gym, the trainers and coaches are lovely, and they really invest in the attendees at the classes. I’ve made so many new friends here, done my first hyrox, entered different events and races that I never did before, all through Urban Reform. Work hard play hard 💪

I joined Urban Reform on recommendation from a friend and have loved it ever since! I started my Hyrox journey at the start of 2024 and have been challenged, encouraged and so well supported in the gym, but importantly out of the gym too! Not to mention the coaches commitment and attendance at our events and competitions, it means the World.

The programming of the Hyrox classes at Urban Reform is great. Superb mix of strength, engine and simulation sessions to get you ready for race day or help you reach your fitness goals.

All the coaches are class, providing support, advice and encouragement where needed.

They’ve built a proper sound community as well. No egos, everyone is just there to better themselves and help each other!

I couldn't recommend this gym enough! They have the best coaches, who always push you to do your best, also the atmosphere in the gym is really supportive! You won't go wrong by getting a membership at UR! You always look forward to your next visit!

Highly recommend Urban Reform, I am a member of their Hyrox Package and I am always impressed by the quality of the sessions. All the trainers are really supportive and very knowledgeable which makes it a really enjoyable place to train. You will also be surrounded by like minded people who are looking to push themselves but also enjoy the process. Also, the class structure caters to all abilities so don’t hesitate to give it a go if you are a beginner as it’s open to all abilities!

Such a lovely gym with an amazing choice of sessions and community! Made friends for life and was really supported in the lead up to my first Hyrox! Can’t recommend enough if you’re wanting to step outside your comfort zone🫶🏼

Have been coming to urban reform for 2 years now, if that doesn't tell you much I love this place and don't know what does. From joining on the Transform group to now being on the Healthfit programme; meeting the most amazing people who have also become great friends and I've been trained by amazing coaches who I am forever grateful for. Past and present coaches support and encourage in every class. It's not just a gym, it's an incredible community 💪❤

UR is a great place to come workout. Not only do they have highly skilled coaches but they come with a wide variety of knowledge to help you hit your goals.

There are loads of things to get involved with ranging from health fit classes and mountain walks all the way to training / competing in Hyrox events.

Urban reform is a proper facility. A very welcoming community, you’ll find people of all abilities and backgrounds supporting each other. The classes are very rewarding and constructed by proper performance coaches. The equipment and facility is tailored to push performance and results.

It’s refreshing to find a gym with no egos from either coaches or punters. The community is very welcoming and people support each other. Especially outside the gym on Hyrox Race Days

Highly recommend Urban Reform. I joined UR at the start of January because I wanted to start competing in Hyrox. They offer an incredible Hyrox Programme which has improved my fitness drastically. The coaches are very supportive and knowledgeable. They bring a lot of energy to every session which is very rare in other gyms. This makes the experience much more enjoyable. There is a very close Community and everyone is super friendly! I have become obsessed with Hyrox thanks to Urban Reform.
