So sad to hear somebody else has had a bad experience.
I've been left with a leaking roof for 12 months, which has been really dangerous with water running down the ceiling to my electric switches. TOO FRIGHTENED to let my children use our kitchen the main room in the house.
Been told on numerous times.he would come back and repair it but this has never happened.
So upset I now have to take legal proceeding.i have never complained about anything in my life but after spending over £60,000 with this firm and given him months to sort the problems out I have been left with no choice.
I am absolutely heart broken to see our beautiful home ruined and I don't want anyone else going through this.
Please use a different firm and check all the reviews first because this is heart breaking I'm really hurt and upset.
There are many other problems other than the roof , too many to list but I will send photos of all the damage later.
If I can stop just one more person going through this then it will be worth it.
