Great Gym, very friendly and helpful staff, gym has all the equipment required for a good workout. Good slection of Cardio and static weight machines and a good set of free weights.

Chaging rooms and toilets are clean (mens at least)

Not done any of the spin bike or classes, so can't comment on them.

Only downside is it's only open before and after school, as it's connected to the school. If this isn't an issue, then its a great gym to use.

Use it for classes: yoga, pilates and spin. I've also used the gym for a short workout. Small but friendly. Staff always helpful.

A great air conditioned gym, with ample free parking, weights, resistance machines and CV equipment. There are lots of classes and since COVID sensible measures to ensure everyone's safety

Well worth joining however classes are limited and apparently other gyms are lower priced and offer more classes.

Come here almost every day to get ripped I'd recommend this gym to any age group as the staff and facilities are welcoming to everyone
