Wanted somewhere to take my new Camper Van. Had heard about this small peacefully CL site from my family so booked up and headed out. Fantastic views and very quiet with beautiful local sea fronts and fishing ports. Perfect relaxing spot.

We are walking the coastal path and Aberpwll is a perfect base for the section Holyhead to Church Bay. Lovely clean facilities and a quiet resting place. Bus into Holyhead from Llanfaethlu then simply walk the well signed path until you reach Church Bay. Not forgetting a well deserved drink at the Church Bay Inn. From this view point you can look over to Holyhead and review your achievement. Thanks Mitch, your place is perfect and we really loved our stay.

Lovely small campsite, beautiful area and really close to Holyhead for day trips to Dublin or just going round Dublin and Anglesey.

From arrival to departure I can not fault this campsite. There are no strict arrival and departure times here so you can really make the most of your weekend or stay. We arrived at around 11 am to be greeted by Mitch the owner, extremely friendly and helpful. We were shown around the facilities and given a very handy and detailed information leaflet. Mitch was always around and at hand to help with any questions. The pitch itself was well kept and one of the larger ones that we have had, the facilities are immaculate!! The shower room was amazing and great to have separate men and ladies toilette's.The site is also extremely dog friendly which was fantastic as we did not have to tether our well behaved Border Collie. The site is extremely peaceful with the most amazing views. There are so many places to visit, lovely coastal walks, harbor villages and dog friendly sandy beaches. Myself and my husband agree that this is an amazing first class campsite and can not wait to return. On site is also a lovely small log cabin, which we can't wait to use when it gets to cold for our camper-van. We definitely recommend this site for those looking to visit Anglesey.

Heading back here next week.
Lovely site owner, friendly and helpful.
We stayed last year.
Hook up available and a good open space with clean shower and toilet facilities.
Prices are fabulous and this place is surrounded by beautiful countryside but not too far out to some fab places to visit.

We stayed at Aberpwll holiday centre last week .
Such a lovely tranquil place with lots of near by beaches such as Church Bay.
There’s lots to do without travelling to far.
The Centre is adorable and quaint very clean and easy access to the main road.
The owner Mitch can’t do enough to help , she always seems to be at hand if there’s anything you need.
Can’t fault this site and will definitely return.
Thanks

We had a wonderful 15 night stay over August 2020 summer. Mitch, the site owner, was very welcoming, always on hand for queries and never stopped in her COVID-19 cleaning routine! She was also free to suggest places to visit or chat. Mitch even freely went on a late night 'expedition' to collect a lone female walker who had lost her way and on another night to collect food for our neighbours whose daughter needed a trip to hospital - done so they returned to some food. A very kind thing to do! The spacious pitches were a dream for our caravan and awning with plenty of room 'out front' for our two children to play. The weather was mainly hit and occassionally miss but this didn't spoil us enjoying our many day trips and, with the site being on a slight slope, it was never soggy underfoot which was God send after a few heavy downpours. All in all a safe place to go in this pandemic time and a place we will return for a short or another long stay - Thanks Mitch! Cheers D, R, K & J.

I booked my mother and father in law 4 days to stay in the cabin at Mitch's camp site and they loved it! Mitch is a very nice person and hard worker. The camp site and land surrounding the house is perfect. 😀

Lovely toilet and shower block. Lots of space for kids to play in. Also dog friendly. Lovely location- surrounded by rolling fields. Yet only a 20 minute drive from many shops.

£18 for 2 adults in a VW campervan for a night, site is immaculate, hot shower, spotless loos, recycling points, elsan waste, drinking water point, dog friendly site too. A very friendly and accommodating lady welcomes you to her site. Definitely recommended. Local amenities are a drive away, so stock up before arriving, that's my only advice.
