We sold remotely, which could have been difficult, but the team kept us informed at all stages, answering questions from us and dealing with those from other parties such as our buyers and solicitors.
What made the service so special is that the team went the extra mile on so many occasions. Examples include visiting Mum to collect papers, arranging for tradespeople to visit our home and help with utilities.

Arnold Keys in Aylsham have kept in regular contact with a very impressive level of service. They have given us advance warning of properties coming on to the market prior to them being featured on Rightmove.
