Fantastic service - the freezer was at their warehouse but the salesperson realised that the route from warehouse to the shop went right past our house, so they dropped it in to us the following morning, which saved us the trip and hassle of picking it up. It was great to be able to deal with a local retailer rather than a massive electrical warehouse. The pricing was very competitive too.

We have just moved to the area and bought 3 items and will say service by Ryan and fitters was exceptional, I highly recommend them, nothing was a problem so they made it very easy and quick service

As always, Postle go above and beyond. Dave from Sheringham rang me several times to let me know when my delivery was coming as they were held up helping an elderly lady with a burst water pipe in the freezing weather we had.
They initially came and measured, I had the fridge freezer fitted in 6 days by two cheerful knowledgeable guys.
You cannot wish for more. I always use Postle, it is literally old fashioned customer service.

Very good. I had seen this vacuum cleaner online and went into the NW shop. Although they didn't have this model, I was shown another similar Shark to give me an idea of what it would br like. I pointed out that this machine was £30 cheaper in John Lewis and was told to wait a few days and keep an eye on the price, and indeed the Euronics price came down to the same as John Lewis. I was able to order and pay over the phone and the shop manager then hand delivered the cleaner to me at my house.

Jon and Laura were fantastic from start to finish with helping us sort a new integrated fridge freezer for mum. Jon personally measured and Laura kept us up to date with all the relevant information so that the appliance could be delivered before Christmas. We can't thank them enough :-)

The staff in the NW branch are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We have bought many items over the years from this branch. Definitely recommend.

Just had our Fisher & Paykell fridge freezer delivered by the delightful Billy and Dave. They were extremely efficient, helpful and respectful. Would highly recommend Postles from start to finish. Ryan was very knowledgeable and managed to find the best product to suit our needs and also keep it for quite a few weeks while we ate our way through the contents of our old freezer.

Brilliant! Even had a follow up call to make sure everything was ok.
