Amazing site, welcoming, clean, quiet exceptional shower block, pitches are well spaced and there is a caravan/motorhome supplies shop down the road. It's a great place to base yourself if you're visiting Holt and Wells. Motorhomes owners, please note that there are some narrow lanes on approach so choose your route in advance.

What a wonderful site. Very peaceful great facilities and all fully serviced.
Nice wide open pitches
Showers are outstanding.
Really enjoyed the stay looking forward to returning.
Location is great to explore the area.
6 pubs / restaurants within 2 miles.
Cromer only 15 minutes up the road to.
Plus right next door a wonderful coffee and cake. With the peacocks as well.
Thank you.

Have got to say this was one of our best camping holidays. Stayed for 2 weeks. We met so many nice people on the site by the time we left it felt like we were leaving good friends. So back to the site. It's only a small site but don't let that put you off. Pitches we're a good size, showers nice and hot. You may think two showers is not enough but think about it. Large sites with 4 showers are more than double the size so putting it like that brings it into perspective. We were in a tent on a hard standing. A tap, drain electric and TV point on pitch but we didn't use TV. On the site are mens, ladies toilet/showers. A disabled toilet /shower. Laundry room, washing up room, chemical toilet waste disposal and a small room with leaflets on things to see and do. There is a reception but not always open. When we arrived I just went straight to the pitch I was allocated and set up. Didn't use reception. There is also an electric car charging point. In the morning and evenings you hear birds and the peacock in the distance. Supermarkets a few miles away in both directions. No regrets would return again. Many thanks.

If you're looking for an adult only, dog friendly campsite in Norfolk, this is a great option. Mainly for caravans, they do have a few grass pitches for tents, and at every pitch they have drinking water and electric. It's a small and calm site which is nice to relax in, and the toilet block is the nicest I've ever seen at a campsite.

I've been here on a number of occasions and it's a hidden gem tucked quietly away, with easy access to almost anywhere coast or countryside. Lovely site, well kept and immaculately clean toilet/showering block. The owners are exceptionally accommodating. I've found it to be a very friendly site, dogs are allowed but no children. Their sister site Deer's Glade is a short distance up the road, which is larger and caters for families, a fishing lake is attached to the site and again the facilities are excellent. Thoroughly recommend.....

A lovely adults only site with a really tranquil atmosphere to it. The facilities are first rate, heated toilets /shower room and washing up block. The pitches are really well sized and our stay couldn't have been better.

Lovely clean well looked after site. Friendly staff, we were given a warm welcome from Joan who was also very helpful when our water hose wasn't long enough to reach the tap!
Would certainly stay here again if in the area.

Fabulous adults only camping and motorhome/ caravan site. Each pitch is separated by a bush. Water and electric on each pitch. Shower facilities were great, warm and clean with lots of room and a hairdryer. Really nice food at local cafe in walking distance. I will definitely visit again.

Excellent campsite, well maintained and toilet block really clean. We found a lovely pub nearby, the Crown at Banningham, but sadly the 2 other local pubs in walking distance were closed, which we only found out after walking to both of them!
The site was nice and quiet, the dogs staying there seemed well behaved! Excellent covid 19 precautions, signs and cleansing gel available.
Loved it, will be back

What can I say fantastic site, recently went with my wife for a 4 night break Mon to Fri. Great location close to Cromer as well as National Trust sites which are worth a visit. The pitches are big and separated off by bushes with individual electric, water, waste and TV point (not used as don't take a TV). The shower block is modern clean and very very good. Overall a great break and will definitely be visiting again.

Have rebooked again on the adults only site. Went a couple of years ago and it was fab. First experience of adults only. Wish I had known there was such a thing earlier.
Deer's mead was well located for beaches and Broads. Beautifully clean and nice and quite.

We booked at the camp deer glade when we arrived it had no full service pitches we received an email offering us discount if we book again with them by certain date which we did.when we arrived due to not having full service pitch we were offered to go to their sister camp when we said we would take this offer due to not having water butt and waste the assistant cancelled our discount. and had to.pay more money we found this disappointing as it was than email offer and we were going to their sister camp

What a delight. The site is very well kept with the best disabled facilities I have seen. The owners are only to pleased to give advice and share their considerable knowledge of the are. Only wish the big clubs would take a page out of their book. If there were six stars I would award this site the extra star.
