What a Gem! Best service I’ve ever had, all the staff are wonderful but a special thanks to our server Lee who is totally infectious and brilliant at his job. Super dog friendly and the food was delicious to boot. Have we just found our new favourite breakfast spot? I think so!

Loved the new addition of the pet shop next door. Really reasonable prices we picked up some lovely treats for our pooch!

Brilliant place. The atmosphere is great and the staff are just outstanding as is the food. I go there regularly and have introduced friends to it as well.

We were told that we must go to the cafe for great food and service and it was. The service was excellent as was the food.

I work for the Aylsham Care Trust and our social events members attended Alby on Wednesday 8th February - our members thoroughly enjoyed their visit and we can't thank all the team there for their help, support and fabulous customer service. Thank you from all of us here at ACT.

Delighted to be back at a revamped Alby Tearooms. Plenty of space even this Bank Holiday Monday. Calling in for a snack we were impressed by the new setup and menu and decided to go for a full meal. We were not disappointed. Good food and generous servings. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Great. We’ll be back!

I went for lunch last time I was back in Norfolk which was delicious so met a friend for breakfast today. She had never been before and was very impressed by the food. Her Vegetarian breakfast and my Breakfast stack were really tasty. Staff are lovely, lots of parking and some nice crafts

What a lovely place to come across especially on a rainy autumn day. A good variety of crafts from local artists all beautifully displayed in a series of small workshops. There is also a great cafe serving a variety of food and drinks in a lovely setting. All of the staff were really pleasant and helpful and showed good knowledge of the artisans concerned in producing the crafts on offer. Definitely a place to return to.

Amazing! This is such a gem of a place. We have been twice now in a week and have found the staff so welcoming and friendly. On our second visit we needed seating to accommodate a wheelchair and this was not a problem.
There is such an extensive choice of delicious cakes that it is difficult to choose.
We will definitely be coming back again soon.

Just had a steak salad. It was excellent. Staff very friendly. Will return next time we are the area.

We had a really lovely family Sunday lunch at Alby crafts today, the staff couldn’t have been nicer.
We also has a walk around the garden enjoying the snowdrop’s and peacocks. Thank you Alby staff 😊

Delicious cakes. I had a hot drink called ' London Fog'. Its Earl Grey tea with steamed milk and a vanilla shot. Perfect with a slice of Victoria sponge.

Lovely little cafe/tea room. Nice snacks, scenery and very friendly staff. Would thoroughly recommend for a quiet hot beverage and lovely piece of cake.

The food was amazing and the staff were lovely. Thought it was a bit pricey at first but once the food came out it was definitely worth it.

I run Norfolk Children's Book Centre a mile away, and I visit often with visiting authors etc for snacks/lunch. It has a great atmosphere and wonderful customer service - and good cake! Highly recoomended!

I've driven past a number of times and today I popped in. What a place! Great environment, selection of cakes and drinks and warm, friendly staff! Worth a visit.

We often like to go out for tea and cake on a Sunday afternoon but most places close at 4 so it was great to find this one still open! There were several other people in there too! Unfortunately we didn't have time to look at all the crafts but we will definitely go back!
