Other than the practice I was at at university, this is the best service I have experienced. Reception staff so helpful and nice. Good helpful doctors. Out of hours Service. Excellent access to mental health services. Was at Heath Lane for years, so glad I moved.

I have had to make contact a few times in the last month for various reasons. Each time I have called, I received a telephone appointment the same day and when I needed to be seen face to face I was able to get a next day appointment with no issues.
Each call and visit I felt listened too and did not feel like I was wasting time and we agreed a plan together for the next steps.
The receptionists were really polite and helpful and although they needed to ask why I was calling, they were not invasive and were lovely.

Not one for writing reviews but got to say since leaving a practise in Coventry and recently joining this one I’ve been mightily impressed, from registering to first check in then my first telephone appointment with a doctor. Helpful(Even the dreaded receptionist 🤣)professional and dynamic in their approach to my consultation. Actually feel like something will happen.

Had a phone consultation with Dr McGrear this morning. She was patient and listened to my concerns and offered practical advise. She displays empathy and obviously cares.
Hope I get her next time I need help

I found Jack on reception extremely charming booth on the phone call and face to face. A real asset. Dr David from Columbia was charming and very thorough and dedicated to helping me today. Thank you a very positive experience. Fiona Riley

Been having issues with doctors and health visitor’s not willing to help my 2 1/2 with her lack of speech. Spoke to the Canadian doctor today, dr malhotra (ignore spelling), who has given us the help we need and went above and beyond to see what other problems my daughter may have. Excellent doctor can not rate highly enough!

On the 16th.January, I called Hollycroft medical centre at 8.00 am, and got through to advise of my symptoms. Within half an hour, Dr. Jackson was on the phone, and called me over to the surgery, where I had the mother of all examinations, including an ECG, by an excellent nurse, to be advised that I had an inner ear infection. The respect, courtesy,and professional service I had was absolutely beyond praise, and couldn't be exceeded anywhere. My humble thanks to Dr.Jackson, and the nurse!

Pleasently surprised! So far so good ! Moved to this surgery from a different county! Naturally I was expecting a lot of problems with the ongoing issues within NHS and current events, which I know cannot be helped by the staff. There was no pre recorded list of excuses to listen to before the phone actually rang! Registering was easy, reception staff were very helpful and polite when I enquired about registration! A medication review with a DR was completed in what I consider a very timely manner! Prescriptions completed with no issues! Information was text to me in a very timely manner regarding passwords for registering for services! Relevant text questionnaires I needed to complete for my health conditions were sent to me seconds after call ended with receptionist regarding my queries! Very efficient! I’ve spoken to three reception staff and one doctor. All were very helpful, very polite, very professional, knowledgeable in regard to procedures! They could teach a few surgeries in Hinckley a lot! Maybe they should be appointed to put on training days for them! It’s difficult to understand the significant difference in communication, etiquette and level of service between local surgeries in Hinckley and surrounding areas! I don’t waste my time on reviews unless I feel strongly about something ! I felt I really needed to praise this surgery / staff.

Joined the surgery earlier this year, easy and quick to join. Reception staff are helpful and pleasant. Have had no trouble in getting GP appointments, they were professional and responsive to my needs. Highly recommended

I have used this surgery for many years and find the staff friendly and helpful. Booking online now means that on most occasions I can get to see a doctor within 24 hours. In an emergency the surgery has made every effort to accommodate my needs.

Not sure what people’s problems are - reception staff have always wonderful with me, treat them with kindness and respect and they’ll do the same for you! They’re often overworked and underpaid and a little bit of friendliness goes very far. I’ve also had telephone consultations with GPS and I felt they were knowledgable and gave good advice or treatments when needed.

I had to call a few times today concerning my prescription luckily for me I spoke to the lovely Kath who was very kind, patient and efficient. Lots of reception staff should take a leaf out of Kaths book abit of kindness goes along way!! Thank you it was really appreciated.

I was leaving to go on holiday, only to find I left my one of my medication, so was advised to contact the surgery and with this the sent my prescription to the pharmacy at Heathrow airport and I got my medication. So thank you to all who were involved

I had a telephone consultation with Dr Park about my mother and she set the ball rolling immediately - very professional and caring.

Brilliant surgery great drs.always get sorted highly recommended.
