Pinfold Medical Practice

Went online at 7.55 am and got appointment for 10.50 am with the doctor I preferred to see. Very helpful and investigating my health problem . I must say though the young chap on Reception was telling patients who were having problems inputting their car registration in for the car park that they will have to pay in the carpark which I believe is not correct as I had overheard another receptionist earlier tell patients not to worry if they can't input their registration as they are using the surgery. Luckily for me I had put my registration in with no problems .

Can’t fault the service I’ve just received. Lovely reception staff and the nurse who removed my implant was the best I’ve ever had very friendly and put me at ease, No pain, didn’t realise she did it. Will definitely recommend! Thank you so much.

Blood test this morning 4/7/ 2023. this was the best blood test I’ve ever had. It’s never really painful but this lady was brilliant,I genuinely did not feel a thing.

Have always been for the past many years!

From the outside didn't look inviting, but inside bright and fresh. New carpet & new non slip bathroom floor. Staff cheerful, friendly & helpful

Moved from Dishley Grange recently due to poor service (could NEVER get an appointment). Pinfold is a breath of fresh air! The doctors are friendly and helpful, don't appear to just want to get rid of you but take the time to really diagnose problems. Most importantly their econsult allows GPs to get back to you very quickly for simple prescriptions/advice. GREAT SURGERY

Never had anything but good service and attentive staff... phones are a pain but that's the nature of the beast ...

My call was answered very quickly and the receptionist was very helpful to my needs. I was able to book an appointment and have my questions answered as a new patient all within 5 minutes.

Pinfold Medical Practice is one of the best practices I have ever been to, the Doctors and Staff are all very helpful, the practice has recently been refurbished to a high standard and the people of Loughborough should be very proud of it. Well done.

My mother was in the middle of selling her house and moving to Loughborough to be nearby to only family left and broke her ankle in 2 places in Kent while checking her house and mail....they agreed to take her as a patient before her house sale, temporarily staring with us to allow a transfer to a local hospital, also most of the drs I’ve seen don’t look at there watch, they listen and when you have CFS and fibromyalgia things aren’t said and done at a fast pace.

Never had any issues - used e-consult on a couple of occasions and a few interactions with the reception staff and all very professional.

Exceptional service always…. As a family we have used pinfold for 24 years. Cannot fault them

Excellent detected my condition before I had symptoms, very proactive, Dr's Bond & Brockhurst 👌

Also have a appointments available when I have needed them and the Dr's explain everything very well.
