Great prices for repairs. Always do a great job, good place to go if you've got an issue with your bike.

Excellent job! when they fixed my bike all the gears started to work better than ever my bike felt extraordinary, although it took a week and a few days to fix it but I know they had to buy the chain and stuff and it was really broken I even thought of putting it in the bin, I'm really thankful I went there and it only cost £60.

Everyone super friendly. Howard really knows his stuff; gave me a tonne of time, free advice and expert opinion and even a free coffee and refused to take payment. Had a load of great racing stories too. It's proper local business and bike workshop and the kind of place the riding cycling community should support as a hub. The whole place had a great vibe and is a family run show with barbers; bar/cafe + offsales for Belgian beer, clothes and merchandise and an attached tattoo studio and barbers etc. Don't expect racks of showroom/imported bikes but quality friendly service instead!

Would really recommend going to this place for a bike repair. I was a bit anxious at first, however worth it in the end. Bought a second hand bike, GT Avalanche for somewhere else, the gears weren`t changing all the way through, and my front fork suspension wasn`t working either. Now everything is sorted thanks to this place. Be patient, they are busy with other bikes, but they know exactly what they are doing. Well worth going, there are other bike shops around for repairs, but this one is great. Cheers! :)

First time using The Bike Shack after finding them on Google because my local repair shop couldn't accommodate and what absolutely brilliant service and advice!!

Called in today as I had a puncture on my way home. The guys couldn’t have been anymore helpful in assisting me. I will be taking my bike in the next few weeks for a service, very knowledgable and very patient with this novice. Highly recommend for all your local bike requirements

Always take my bike here, even when there's closer options. Top service, prices, & friendliness. Sometimes they say might be a few days for parts/clearing work, but every time my bikes been ready sooner than predicted, can't fault 'em 👍

Absolutely brilliant service!

Had a broken part on my bike, called The Bike Shack who said the'd take a look at it straight away. Took it in and was given a next day repair date, drove away and 30 mins later got a call to say it was fixed.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and I will be planning to take the bike back for a service in a few weeks.

A fantastic concept for a business too with barbers, tattoo parlour and a great beer selection available. If you want to have a har cut and tattoo with a beer while waiting for your pride and joy to get fixed here is the place.

The chain on my bicycle broke as I was commuting to work and these guys were happy to help a stranded cyclist. They are about 0.5 mi off the A57 (Mottram Rd) in Hyde, one of very few bicycle shops in the area. They were super friendly and I was quickly back on my way.

Visited today as had issues with my sons bike .. Howard was so helpful and welcoming .. My son is bike crazy and has some learning difficulties , Howard was great with him .. thanks

Fantastic! This guy has real knowledge not only of modern bikes, but bikes from wayback, and has appropriate tools. Very friendly and with knowledge built up over decades of touring, racing, and even mountain biking. If you want a job done properly and professionally, then make the trip to this shop, and avoid such places as halfords or decathlon for repairs. Definitely be coming back, for all my future repairs and maintenence.

Very impressed with the service and price. At the time of review they are developing a outside sitting area for a cafe and even more enticing trying to get a licence to sell bottled beer. After only 16 months of opening this is definitely a place to watch. Good work fellas.

Great Service, why have i not known about these guys before! Serviced my son's bike, really friendly and knowledgeable, even reduced the price as it was easier to service than expected. Very refreshing, will defo be back soon guys 👍

Just had a repair + service from Howard at the Bike Shack, Hyde, first time I've used them and can't fault it (hence 5 stars!), I'm not usually one to give reviews but when the service is as good as this I make exceptions.

I've had 3 bikes fixed at the shop and everything is spot on.howard is the best

Visited the bike shack today very nice and friendly , I needed front derailleur and rear set up which explained the price £15 very reasonable price would recommend a visit 👍.
