What a nice cozy family run Thai restaurant!
Service is great, hygiene rating 5 star, price is reasonable. It is such a great experience to enjoy Thai food. Apparently they have read other comments about chicken dishes. Our chicken dishes is so tender and juicy. Can’t be more fresh.

Lovely place that feels very homely & excellent service, the staff were always attentive without fussing over you.
So nice to find a restaurant that actually sizes & prices a starter correctly, so many places a starter is practically a full meal itself, all the food we had was excellent, we'll definitely be returning.

Great little intimate and friendly restaurant with really.good food at good value. The service and welcome is efficient and friendly giving you a great experience. Will be back in 2 days .... the wife tells me the next day is too soon!

I can ot believe we have lived in the area for years and not known of this place. We have truly missed out! Will certainly be regulars from now on. Our meal was excellent and the service was warm and friendly. Absolute gem of a find and would recommend to any lovers of authentic Thai food.

Welcomed in from the cold to excellent service and even better food, with fresh ice cold glasses on hand for each Leo beer poured. Superb dining experience. The weeping tiger should cry no more, excellent.

We are so lucky to have this gem of a restaurant in the village. We eat there regularly and are never disappointed. The food is authentic and and tasty but what makes it for me is the cheerfulness of the owner & his wife who always make you feel welcome and serve you with "old fashioned" courtesy and warmth. The prices are very reasonable especially mid-week specials and we shall continue to eat there regularly whilst those standards prevail... and all within walking distance!

I can see why this place is highly rated. The food is VERY tasty. My husband and I travelled about 30 mins to get to this restaurant because of all the food reviews, and it did not disappoint. I’m a city girl so this was a big departure from the glam city restaurants I would typically eat in, it’s a very small, cosy, village type restaurant, but that also has it’s charm. I like my food with a spicy kick and they nailed it!

I would highly recommend trying Orathai restaurant out.

The friendly welcoming staff gave us exceptional service and the food was out of this world.

Highly recommended only given 5 stars because I can’t give 6 stars!

What a lucky find! Amazing food in a quaint authentic Thai restaurant in village location. Family run, very friendly service, nothing was too much trouble. Outstanding food at very reasonable prices. We shall return!

Wednesday night is choice of green. Red. Or golden curry and rice for £5. I took my two young children and was well looked after by the owner even though it was busy. It is a small and intimate surroundings with homely feel. Food was great though could have been hotter.

Second time we've been. Lovely food and the genuinely the nicest staff I've come across. Definitely recommend this place.

Simply the best Thai food in the North West. Very tasty Thai food with their own twist. You must try some of the duck dishes. Family run restaurant where the food does the talking.
