Greenmount Storage

We’ve recently secured a seasonal pitch after storing our twin axle for 2 1/2 years at Greenmount. I wanted to confirm that over the period it has been a pleasure to store our caravan at the site. The demand for storage is very high and Brian runs a professional business - just what we were hoping when leaving our much loved caravan there. He explained all terms clearly and on the day of arrival even spent time teaching my husband how to manoeuvre our twin axle (as we were new to it) and giving us lots of tips on things we needed to consider on driving and maintenance. Since then we’ve fallen foul of accidentally not following the entry/exit rules and as its captured CCTV and then alerts Brian he has pulled us up on it. We are extremely supportive of these strict rules because they’re put in place to help maintain the CASA gold standards and ensure nobody gains access who shouldn’t do. I think there’s been a couple of reviews on here that have negatively impacted the site and although I can only speak for us, I wouldn’t hesitate to secure our storage at Greenmount. Please don’t let these put you off - Brian and the team work hard to run a tight ship and I’m very happy to leave a 5 star review for this reason

I highly recommend this business. Brian is such a friendly and helpful gentleman who goes above and beyond to assist. He pulled out all the stops to accommodate my new little caravan, having only been given an approximate arrival/delivery date from the manufacturer. I always felt 100% confident that my caravan was safe and secure with the key fob entry and exit gates together with the CCTV cover. Brian always made me feel very welcome and his pricing is very competitive. An absolutely brilliant place to store your beloved caravan/motorhome.

Greenmount is a great secure place to leave your motorhome or van. It has outstanding security and Brian and the lads that work for him are always helpful. My wife and I highly recommend this site should you need storage.

We have our caravan on Greenmount when we was looking for storage Brian was so helpfull and friendly even went out of his way to arrange for us to get keys ect out of hours site is looked after well and super secure we even got a discount on our caravan insurance for it being on here top marks Brian and the guys that work there are really friendly and helpfull

I have recently started using Greenmount Storage.
I have to say that Brian the owner and his staff have been nothing but helpful to me from the word go with my storage requirements and has recently ( today) given me access to a more secure spot under a canopy for my folding camper within the grounds which he promised from the beginning of my time at Greenmount and he kept to his word and delivered.

We have recently started using Greenmount and just wanted to pass on our a massive thanks to Brian for all his support. It was a long wait to get our vehicle and we were concerned about securing a space due to not being able to provide a specific date, but Brian went above and beyond to ensure we could get a space at Greenmount. Due to a long journey to site when initially dropping off Brian kindly waited for my arrival despite it being late at night. As our first storage site we have been really impressed with the levels of security but also the ease of use and would happily recommend. Thanks Brian a first class site.

I would highly recommend this very secure site to store your caravan/motorhome we have used Greenmount for the last 12 months with no worries at all, Brian has always been very helpful and provides a great service. When we told our insurers about where we were storing we even got a reduction on our premiums. A winner.

Very helpful, secure conscious owners. Have stored our caravans and motorhome over the many years we have been here. New security measures being put in place which are an upgrade and makes you feel even more secure storing your unit which is comforting.. Also new facilities for cleaning your units which is ideal. Would highly recommend this storage place. 5*

Stored our caravan here for a few years now, met Brian the new owner a couple of weeks ago who was very helpful, had a lovely chat with us and told us all about his plans for the site. Very secure and safe, you have your own allocated space and we have never had any problems with access.

We have been really impressed from the start with this storage facility. Brian was so friendly on our initial meeting and gave us confidence that this was the right storage facility for us. We had an issue with out jockey wheel on the first outing and even in the pooring rain he came and helped. Lots of plans to invest to improve further on what is already a secure site. Highly recommended.

I've been using Greenmount for about 12 months now and the service and support has been outstanding. Brian goes out of his way to ensure you get great service and any help required he's there on hand. Very secure site, covid safe and rules strictly enforced.

We moved from the south Midlands to Lancashire in 2020 and despite many difficulties both as a result of Covid and a complex home move, the help we received in accommodating our motor home was well beyond anything one could reasonably expect. Sadly personal circumstances have led to us selling our motorhome and vacating the facility. We will miss both the travelling and the welcome we always received from all at Greenmount. I should also add that the already very high standard of security has been further improved.
